Good ambience with excellent service. Have been going to the Rendevous on and off for many years. Food and selection has vastly improved and we will be going more often

Rendezvous Brasserie is always a treat, with friendly service and terrific food. It was all the more lovely this time as we'd not been in about a year with the lockdown, so it was so nice to be back. All the tables were nicely spaced, but it was full enough for there to be a good chatty atmosphere, the food was excellent as always, and the music playing added to the experience.

Super service. Great food.
Go there soon as you can and enjoy.

Hadnt eaten at RV in a while but the food was as good as we remembered. Would highly recommend.

The meat was outstanding! The service unfussy and friendly.

You really feel you are in France here. It need not be expensive as there is a Brasserie menu and a set menu. Will definitely go again

Very much an improvement from the last time we visited. Staff very efficient and the food was excellent.

One of our favorite restaurants, which is why we've been dining here for years and keep coming back even though we aren't that local. The best cooked steak I know of and always consistently good. The ambiance is always pleasant, even nowadays despite the Covid-19 challenges. We were greeted with a warm welcome and well looked after by Maria as usual.

Excellent service and food. Our second visit and every bit as good as the first.

This is a good restaurent with an extensive choice. It is very popular.

We felt that the Covid issues took away from the usual relaxed atmosphere. We were basically turfed out at 9.50. Not their fault I suppose.

Also, the food was clearly microwaved. Not sure if this was linked to having to rush to get people out by 10.

I have been using this restaurant infrequently over many years and when i go back i always forget how good it is. I felt they have dealt with the social distancing really well and the service excellent. Food is always good.

Food was great service was excellent. Would highly recommend the modules and the pork.

This restaurant has gone down a steep hill. Salads were delicious but restaurant v bright, unattractive, noisy with terrible music that was not tuned down on request. Poor wine. Expensive bill. Disappointed.

We had a lovely meal, the staff all wore visors which was reassuring, they also had track and trace in place. Two small comments, the tables were already laid and when we had no need for the glasses they were taken and put back up to be used, I would have put them in the glass washer. My other point was that I could see into the kitchen and although the staff had masks on they were worn under their chins, maybe counter productive. We will definitely be back as it was well cooked food.

A fabulous lunch. Very safe environment. All procedures followed. Amazing food and great service. Highly recommended.

The bill was not right. The waitress got slightly mixed up and we received a refund from the manageress then we gave this to the waitress as she was new but very attentive. It was an honest mistake

Always enjoy this restaurant, welcoming staff and pleasant atmosphere. The seafood linguini was good but not as special as the first time I had it a few weeks ago. Reasonably priced house wine.

Usual high standard of food, but very quiet evening, with only two other tables occupied.

This is a great restaurant for breakfast or lunch. The food is excellent. Service can be a little slow at times. They are taking social distancing and other covid measures seriously so you feel safe. One of our favourites in Sevenoaks and has been for many years. Well worth a visit. Desserts are particularly lovely.

Absolutely delicious meal from start to finish. Not having as many nights out these days and Rendez-vous made it worth the trip!

Lovely Saturday lunch in a french bistro. The service was excellent. We’ve been to Rendezvous several times before and knew exactly what we fancied. We were not disappointed. The lightest juiciest fish pie with sides of vegetables and a basket of crunchy fresh french bread.

Lovely restaurant to meet for lunch. Food fabulous and staff very caring and thoughtful.

Great food and very friendly atmosphere, felt a little rushed towards the end but overall great night - i was overcharged on the night But thats my fault for not checking the bill until the next day

The staff are friendly and the food is just wonderful. The bill can be a little on the high side, but perhaps justified considering the quality of the ingredients and cooking.

Pleasant welcome, friendly and efficient service. I had the onion soup to start with (perhaps not the best choice for me as my appetite is not huge and this is a big starter). The seafood linguini is probably the best I have ever had - it was delicious. The scallops and prawns were cooked to perfection - I couldn’t eat it all and they put it in a lovely take away dish for me. Going back next week to have it again without a big starter!

Over priced although the food was ok. Service by the young staff was good. One time experience but might not go back again. One thing I appreciated that they had one small bottle of sanitiser on each table.

Great, efficiently run restaurant serving delicious food. Not the cheapest but definitely worth the money.

Some tables are better than others, it's luck of the draw or request on booking. Staff all very friendly and professional, food outstanding!!

As on previous visits food was very good as was the service. Good control by the staff in regard to hand sanitizing etc so felt quite safe

Food and service good, as usual but noise level too high due to lack of soft furnishings or any form of noise absorbing material.

This is a fabulous restaurant where everything works. The food is packed with flavour, well cooked and nicely presented. The staff are attentive but not overly intrusive and ambience is good. We're coming back again soon.

Food was delicious , service excellent and everything had been done to make us feel comfortable eating out with Covid restrictions.

The service was excellent, shame about the food our staters were good and the desert better than good, they were very simple so not hard to get wrong, our mains were very very poor tough chicken and over cooked and very poor cheap cut of beef again cooked by someone with no idea, both plates were swimming in I want to say gravy not sauce, both of which were split and peppered with floating fat.

Excellent food and service - had a lovely meal - thoroughly enjoyed as our was our wedding anniversary
