Una decepción, la comida no está a la altura del lugar, y los precios altos, lo único rescatable es la atención que fue muy amable el personal y el lugar es muy bonito, pero ni siquiera la arrachera estuvo aceptable

NO HAY ESTACIONAMIENTO ... solo para huéspedes y es un PROBLEMA porque tampoco hay VALET PARKING ... si es fin de semana. Los estacionamientos y calles están saturados !!!
Tiene que avisar que NO HAY ESTACIONAMIENTO !!! En el ROSEWOOD si aceptan autos de las personas que van a comer ahí

Tenía buenas expectativas por estar respaldado por el Hotel Casa de Sierra Nevada (ojo, el restaurante no está en el Hotel). El lugar semivacío un domingo a las 3 de la tarde (solo una pareja y mi mesa ocupadas) a pesar de lo cual el servicio es lento y poco atento. Menú muy poco variado y la comida solo 'comible'. Gran decepción.

Realicé la reservación a través de OpenTable, me llegó confirmación. Viajé a San Miguel de Allende con mi familia, 8 personas, para celebrar un cumpleaños; al llegar nos dijeron que tenían una boda programada y que el lugar estaba totalmente reservado. Finalmente, nos adaptaron un salón para poder estar. El del mesero fue muy bueno y la calidad de los alimentos también. Valdría la pena que mejorarán sus procedimientos administrativos para evitar este tipo de disgustos. Es un buen lugar, lo recomiendo.

Very nice patio restaurant. One of received a cold plate of pok. Sent it back and when returned only slightly warm. Disappointing as we really wanted to like this place. Won’t go back.

Beautiful place for a romantic or special occasion dinner. Very attentive, friendly but not intrusive service. Food is generally good but you’re better off staying with appetizers and salads.

I would not visit St Miguel de Allende without eating here.

They had wonderful food, lovely service and quite good musicians.

I dont understand why this place has so many positive reviews... it really is a mediocre experience compared to the many wonderful places that can be found in San Miguel. The service is sub par, the food is comparable to a chillys, but maybe ok for a beer and a snack.... not luch or dinner.

When we arrive to the restaurant on time, they didn’t want to accept my reservation from Opentable, not even showing them my email confirming it!!! They claim to have a problem in the system and they had several tables available, that I could see and they didn’t want to give any to us, claiming they were already reserved, finally after insisting we also had a reservation they gave us a very small table. The food was not good. The terrace is beautiful but I will never go back.

Increíble servicio. Tuvimos el gusto de que nos atendiera Adrián, quien se encargó de que todo estuviera perfecto, la comida muy rica y el lugar muy bonito
