We had a nice meal with great service. The food was very good not great (which it normally is) I was excited to see them busy so why. Our service was excellent.

First time in Greenville and Rick Erwin’s was a short walk from our hotel. The reviews looked good, but it was even better than described. Plus, it was restaurant week. Our waitress was great and helpful. Great Caesar salad and steak, but the bread pudding was the absolute best ever. I usually don’t take the time to write reviews but it really deserves the five stars.

This is one of our favorite places to eat. We don't get to go near as often as we like. The food is wonderful, the waitstaff is fantastic and it's a wonderful place to spend a special milestone. You can't go there and not get Creme Brule. It's amazing. We hav We never had bad food. Expect to spend some money. The prices are listed on the menu online. But it's worth every penny.

This was my first visit to Rick Erwins and I must say it was AMAZING! I can’t wait to come back! the Lamb Chops were Immaculate! I went there to celebrate my Friend’s birthday and we both really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was courteous and very informative about the menu. I loved it!

We had a 7pm reservation at Rick’s West End Grill on New Year’s Eve and had the most wonderful experience ever. Our main server was Elizabeth and she was outstanding. She was professional and polished, yet extremely personable and she truly added to our dining experience. The food was fabulous, as one would expect of a Rick’s establishment, and the service and overall ambiance were outstanding. Elizabeth helped us make some great choices when we weren’t sure about a few things when ordering. If it wasn’t for COVID, we would have hugged her and invited her to dine with us! Seriously, we can’t wait to go back and hope to get Elizabeth as our server again! This is definitely a restaurant we would recommend over and over.

Retz was very attentive and detail oriented. He took care of our table perfectly without being overbearing. Management was also attentive. We overall had a great experience.

Our first visit and we were extremely happy with the overall experience. Food was delicious and serve staff very helpful and friendly. Looking forward to coming back in February for our sons 21st birthday dinner

Overall great experience. Only complaint was our waitress was very slow. The restaurant was not busy and it took a really long time to get our drink and food. We were there for almost 2 hours. The rest of the staff was incredible. The hostess provided incredible service. She even brought our drinks and a bag for our to go boxes. She deserves a bonus for her amazing service!

This was my first time there, and it did not disappoint! The food was delicious, the ambiance was beautiful, and the service was excellent.

We recently celebrated our 20 year anniversary here. We were put in a cozy booth with a "Happy Anniversary" sign on our table. Our server was very friendly and knowledgeable, and we were greeted by Mr. Erwin himself, who wished us a happy anniversary. Great wine selections, and the food was delicious! Highly recommended, especially for a special occasion!

This was my first ever visit to a Rick Erwin restaurant. I had heard a lot of great things from those around me that had been, so to say my wife and i had high expectations going in would be an understatement. We arrived to our 7:00 reservation on time, and was promptly seated. We were immediately attended to by our server, and a night of the best dining i have experienced in South Carolina was under way. I enjoyed the Wellington Special, as well as the Bacon appetizer. I can't say enough how proud I am that we have a restaurant of this caliber to call our own. Rick Erwin's will be a Holiday tradition going forward.

Our waiter made this a phenomenal special occasion dinner. He had excellent suggestions and was timely and personable, in addition to knowing the menu and wine selections well. I should have ordered light salt for my tastes but the grouper dish was still delicious. My guest had the scallops which were excellent. We will be back. Thanks to our waiter, Cassidy!

Cherish was not only an amazing server but so kind and welcoming we wanted her to join our dinner. From the oysters, to the beet salad, the strip steak and veggies, topped off with a bottle of wine and dessert, it was the best meal I have had in 2020.

This experience was wonderful. The wait staff was on point and it was incredible to arrive and find a “happy birthday” card on the table, signed by all.

The food was delicious! The complimentary Brie and toast from the chef was awesome!

Looking forward to many more visits.

Everything about the dining experience was great, EXCEPT for the person at the greeting desk requiring a face mask for me and my date to walk the 25 steps from the front of the restaurant to the table. That was absolutely ridiculous, and I will probably wait until this Covid charade is complete before re-visiting the restaurant.
