Ricor Sabor - Gravesend

Food was bland compared to the previous visit which was a shame for our last meal out. Big family also kept walking past our table to go out and have a cigarette without face masks and were chatting away. I didn't feel safety was of high importance.

Really lovely atmosphere, generous portions, the staff were friendly and the food tasted great - I'll definitely be returning once lockdown ends! Only negative is our table was near the kitchen so we could hear a doorbell sound calling the waiting staff which was quite often, they need to invest in a soundless system.

Amazing food and atmosphere. Was here for my mums 50th birthday and we loved it. Great waiter named Andre, really made the evening special!

Had a really lovely meal here. Food and drink were excellent. Had to ask a couple of times for a missing tapas dish but staff were very friendly and helpful.

2nd time visiting and again food was amazing. Had ribs and they fell off the bone. Good wine and cosy atmosphere x

Really disappointed with the service received. Wait staff were not very attentive and ignored tables with parties of three people or less. Considering that it was on a Sunday night and not very busy, I was quite surprised with how long it took to get cutlery and the check not only for my table, but the other two tables in my vicinity. Food was nothing to write home about. Such a shame really because I used to enjoy dining here. It seems to me that the last few times I have come back somewhat recently (twice pre-Covid and once afterwards) service has really deteriorated. Will most likely not be back.

Had a little problem with my booking. But once sorted out. Staff made such a fuss and really really looked after my party. Very attentive but also left us all to chat. Perfect birthday meal. Thank you. Venue brought back good memories of Gravesend.

Ok we had to sit outside which on the whole wasn’t to bad , service was hit and miss we got our food but utensils and had to ask twice . The staff seemed disorganised but they tried . Only complaint is I ordered a position on FAT chips , well I’d like to see the skinny ones

We went on a date night. The ambiance was lovely. The food was nice, but nothing mind blowing. Would go again for a date night, but not for a special occasion.

We was celebrating birthday and I must say food was amazing, offers on cocktails was great and very caring staff I would definitely recommend this place

Delicious food, excellent service, great atmosphere.

on arrival we was greeted at the front door by a waitress with a face covering who showed us to our table next to the window by the high street.
the waiter that came to take our drinks order was very helpful in talking through the wine list and ordered us a very nice bottle of white.
the food was very good with no mistakes made. the overall meal was very and restaurant was very good.

Service was terrible, the staff were more interested in gathering in a corner having a laugh and chat rather than asking us if everything was ok with our meal or if we needed anything, well yes we did need out side dish that we ordered with our main would of been nice . My wife had a glass of Prosecco that was flat and when we eventually got someone’s attention and told them our side dish is missing and the drink is flat , not once did we get a sorry and asked if we would like it replaced with another where a bottle hadn’t been open ages and lost its fizz. It was just rude and I or any of my family will dine there again. Attitude 0

Great evening for my birthday. The staff were very accommodating, moving us to a table inside as was a little cold outside with no problems. Very friendly and energentic, couldn't do enough for you. The food was delicious, a fab evening was had by all. Will definitely be back again and would recommend. Thank you

Food was really nice , service was good, we would have liked to have stayed longer but decided to skip pudding as there was such a draft coming in with the door being left open and made us uncomfortably cold

Requested a cell which is the best place to dine, secluded and quiet. Food was amazing and great service, always at the top of the list for places to eat out.

Excellent value for money and good food, maybe portions too big! We had 6 people in the old cells which was very private, good banter with our waitress and could not fauly anything on the experience.

Overall nice evening meal with my husband as a date night, service was very good, food also very nice and adequately priced. Definitely would go back and recommend. Only downside we were next to a loud table of 4.

I have visited the rochester one on numerous occasions so thought I would try this one , and see if there was any difference. If had a very relaxed and romantic feel compared to the rochster Rico sabor , as roch one is very very busy and loud. Our waiter was so efficient and helpful and couldn't of tried any harder to ensure we had a lovely evening. The food was delicious, the only thing I could fault was the pork belly should have came with sauce as it was very dry . The waiter asked for feedback as he was aware I had been to the other one, and said he would feed it back to the chef. We laughed and joked lots with him which is so nice to see in a restaurant as sometimes they are just so busy (really annoyed i have forgotten his name ) I would definatley go back if I was to be in the gravesend area again :-))

The food is delicious but a few times I have been here and the service is not great. We waited a while to be served, the drinks took more than hoped to come out and when we got our food we asked for some cutlery and we had eaten over half the food before the brought it (which we had to remind them again) as we ate it with a tooth pick that came with our olives for starters! This isn’t really good enough. Then at the end we asked for the bill and they give it to us without the 20% off taken off... I’m thinking that perhaps they do this in hope that you forget about the discount and pay full price.
