Great venue, excellent service and food, busy on a Saturday night as expected. Unique cocktails. Lovely view over the city from the top floor of the hotel building. We always enjoy coming back and will continue to do so.

The ridge room was a great find. The bartender Dustin did a great job. We like the smaller plates. Often we get way too much food and bring leftovers home. Being that we were traveling to Florida we did not want to bring any back to hotel. The food was delicious along with our beverage choice . We also had dessert - we should have picked one to share but we each got our own.

The pork tenderloin was overcooked and dry. It was an unpleasant experience that ruined an otherwise lovely evening. The staff was friendly (even though our waitress disappeared and the entrees arrived at different times because I was originally served someone else’s dish). The ambiance was great. But the protein was overcooked and the mash was grainy.

The chicken and pork tenderloin were delicious. We had a side of Brussels. The ricotta cake was a sweet way to end our dinner. Regan our server was very attentive and friendly. I would highly recommend the Ridge Room.

Nice food, very pretty ambience, prices and service just so so. Appreciated them being open for a nice dinner on a Sunday evening when most places are closed.

Wonderful food that came out fast. Great cocktails! They do not offer much for kids other than meatballs, which were a little Spicey. But we made it work!

We dined at Ridge Room on our trip back north. I found the menu online and the food looked delicious, so we decided to make dinner reservations. From the start, our service was poor. No water was brought to the table to begin with. When ordering, we were only informed of what the restaurant was out of after we had ordered it. I asked for water (as we still had none) and it was brought without ice. All other diners had ice water. I found our waiter to be very non-attentive, as she spent most of the time we dined attending to another table.. Our requests (water, another glass of wine, etc) were met with a less than professional attitude. We had to ask another waiter for our bill, as she had stopped attending to us. the food was innovative, tasty and a great value; however, the service left a b ad taste in our mouths. Based on the lack of service, I would not recommend the Ridge Room.
