   Lovely location, great cocktails and tasty food. But what made our evening special and this place standout was the service provided by the staff in particular Elena who couldn’t do enough to ensure everything was to our liking!

   Absolutely stunning food and lovely staff. I love an afternoon tea, and this was a lovely spin to it. I went with my sister for my birthday meal and we had a lovely time.

   The food was amazing! We just got loads of little bits but they were all bursting with flavour! However the service was a bit all over the place. At first they said I didn’t have our reservation whilst showing a confirmation email. They couldn’t decide how to seat us. It was almost empty when we arrived so there was no need to keep us waiting for so long to sort out our booking. Once we were seated we wasn’t offered any water. Offered drinks list but hadn’t even got through the list before they asked what we wanted. We then had to ask for water which when we got it was warm and then had to proceed to ask for ice. All the staff were a little like zombies wandering around aimlessly. Then our food was about to be placed on the table and another waiter snatched it from him and started putting it on the table we both looked at each other and was very confused! We finished and waited ages for them to clear the plates. And the. Asked for the bill. Another waiter proceeded to pour water as we were paying… very odd. Not sure what was going on with everyone on that day! I’d only recommend for the food but not the service or atmosphere.

   We had been looking forward to the afternoon tea having seen it on Tiktok. Unfortunately that proved to be better than in real life. Drinks were given to us with no explanation, before both of the party arrived we were asked if we wanted it served immediately. Drinks came and went with no description until what we assume was the manager who came and explained the last drink. The drinks were lovely but the food was average, our toast was burnt and it tasted OK - other tables had left with much of the food also left. The setting was lovely and the idea spot on - hopefully it improves over time but I will not be back for the Tipple Tea.

   The food wasn’t anything amazing, but the service was spectacular. I don’t think the food had the best value. I reserved for the tipsy tea but only liked 1/5 finger sandwiches.

    Booked a table here and when we got there (at the time we had booked), they were closed. Therefore, a wasted cab ride and a waste of our time. Don’t offer table availability if you are closed. Many thanks

    I really liked the place. The service wasn’t too good, we tried to call the waiters a few times but they didn’t look at us and we waited to order the first drinks way too long. I have to say the stuff was friendly though. The food was good but I think the portions were too small. Nice evening overall.

    This was a last minute booking but wasn’t disappointed. The staff were lovely and very accommodating, the food and wine were great and very reasonable. The decoration is really nice and the place is very clean in all areas. The only bugbear was the choice of background music and found it to be a little too noisy - not in line with the look and feel of the place. Other than that, a perfect place for pre-theatre drinks and dinner.

    We went in for a few cocktails and some nibbles. A very good selection of drinks and reasonably priced. The food was nice and again, reasonable for London. The service was excellent as was the decor, the live jazz band was unexpected but nice and only added to the overall ambience which was relaxed and very enjoyable. We will go back.

    Absolutely wonderful cocktails and pre-theatre meal, served by friendly and professional staff in a lovely room. Well exceeded my expectations for the quality I'd get for that price in the area - food was cooked and presented with a sure touch, with imaginative and vibrant flavours. We will be back!

    Service was disorganised and erratic: no one knew we had a booking and we were passed between different staff members without handover multiple times. The food and drinks were good, but not spectacular. The decor is quite special and we managed to have a good time despite rather than because of the staff. It’s not somewhere we’ll want to return to but I don’t regret trying it out.

    Tasty food and good cocktails. Pre-theatre menu says a glass of wine or soft drink is included, however, we were charged, so that was disappointing. A pleasant meal in comfortable surroundings, but we only really ate there as we were staying in the hotel, not sure if we would choose it otherwise.

    Visited recently had a gorgeous meal cooked beautifully, fab drinks and a lovely ambience. Staff were attentive and the place got even better as it filled up ! Would definitely hi back or recommend to friends .

    Food was ok, nothing special, same with the service., a little slow. I feel like maybe the staff need to be a bit more welcoming on arrival or haven’t been trained to the standard you’d expect from a place of this location and overall look of the place.Interiors and layout lovely.

    Went to the Rockwell after enjoying cocktails in the Trafalgar. It was our daughter's 18th birthday and we were given complimentary Prosecco! Food was good and plentiful, particularly the vegetarian options. Great location and service would definitely go again.

    Just visited for cocktails and snacks. The selection is innovative and not your usual sugary sweet 'kids drink' style cocktails. Unusual ingredient combinations and sophisticated flavours. Good service, lots of space, nice decor that makes the space welcoming.

    We attended as a party of 4 for pre Christmas drinks on the 19th. The venue is beautiful, very conducive for relaxing and the food was exquisite. There is, however, a major problem with the service. Our party waited 20 minutes to be offered our first drink, having been shown to our table. We hailed a waiter who was already busy serving another table. This pattern continued for the rest of the night. Each time we finished a round of drinks it was difficult to attract a waiter next time. The staff, once we'd got their attention, were lovely, polite and helpful, there simply weren't enough of them. We guesstimated that the room needed 50% more waiters than were employed. The cost of employing extra staff would surely be offset in the extra sales ? It doesn't make sense to have customers who want to spend being kept waiting. Having said that, the evening was overall very enjoyable, it's a gorgeous venue and easy to get to.

    The food was really good and the lady helping/serving us was really friendly, nothing was too much trouble for her which makes a really pleasant change. The decor is really fab too. I would recommend it and hope to go back.

    We went for my birthday and let them know it was my birthday. We had a glass of champagne of arrival and the service was very good! Food was delicious and the vibe of the place was very chilled but lovely!! Definitely will be back! Would be lovely for evening drinks also
