   The food was excellent, the service was just AWESOME!! My guest had some questions about the various items and Chase described the meal item to the "T" which my guest decided on the menu item. Just awesome service and attention to the details. No wonder I see the same people always coming back to see him at the bar. I know I do!! Thank You Chase!!

   Our waiter only came to our table twice. We waited 15 minutes before he ever came to our table. He never refilled our drinks and we had to flag him down to bring us our check.

    I had a great time with my guest with the service Chase gave to us. Also, Leila made sure that the food was great. Chase came by to make sure our drinks was always full and he we had a very good conversation about business. Leila is always gracious and always remembers me and makes sure that I get credit for my reservation.

    Great food and service. We appreciate the attention to our 4 year old grandson. Mel refilled his drink and his food was well made. We’ve been to places where they glare over our grandson (age 4). It awhile for our food to be served however it was well worth the wait. Will definitely return.

    Took awhile to get our food. However, given how busy it was it was to be expected (Mother’s Day). Server was friendly and attentive to our immediate request. Always enjoy the food at Romano’s.

    Made reservations for Mother’s Day lunch for 1130. we got there early , greeted by friendly hostesses and we were seated no more than 3 minutes later. Ambiance was nice, busy but not too crazy. The menu’s were already on the table so that gave us time to choose until the server came. It didn’t take us long to pick out what we wanted . Our server came and introduced herself(sorry I forgot ur name!) and took our order including drinks. The drinks came out almost immediately then the house bread came out nice and warm from the oven. From appetizer to main dish, all came out steady in a timely manner. Our nice server checked up on us a couple times if we wanted a refill on our drinks or if we wanted to add more to our order. We were so busy talking stories that our main course came out before my mom could finish her salad. It was okay since it was already 15 mins. Food was great, flavorful and good portion size. I think we’re officially over the buffet scene for Mother’s Day. Choosing Romano’s was an awesome choice..away from the busy lines and going back and forth to get more food. It was relaxing to just sit, relax and enjoy the moment. Definitely will be coming back even if it’s not a special occasion.

    Right away the awful smell of this place hits you as you are walking to your table. It’s the unmistakable stench of a dirty play place or filthy locker room. That should have been my first sign to not eat here. The carpet has probably never been cleaned. Then the food took forever, over an hour. Our appetizer came out with our entree. The waitress said the cooks were tired and made excuses. So, then the actual food was cold and extremely salty. I didn’t even eat mine. The waitress came and asked if everything was ok and I explained that it wasn’t. She asked if I wanted a box for my food, I said no thank you. No apologies for any of it, nothing taken off the bill. My boyfriend ate half of his bc he was hungry but neither of us ate the appetizer or my entree. Needless to say, I will never go back! Don’t waste your money!

    Food was delicious, but the service was bad. Server took a while to take our order and didn’t mention any specials, but we overheard another server explain it. Server also didn’t offer us the dessert menu and just gave us the check, which we were looking forward to having, but instead we went somewhere else for dessert. We were a party of 8 and our server only gave 7 cups even after asking a few times for an extra cup and he didn’t offer a drink menu.

    Chase was just AWESOME as he made sure that we were well taken care of. He explained the dish to my guest to help her make her decision. He kept coming back to see if we needed anything else. Later he gave us some cornbread that one of customers gave to him for us to try. It was very generous of him. You have a great employee. Don't lose him.

    Unfortunately, the restaurant was out of a fresh fish selection, which I always ask about b/c I do not eat meat, chicken or pork. They were also out of Mushroom ravioli. However, that was okay b/c I ordered the Seafood Ravioli which was very good. Ray's service was great but he seemed a little behind each time he stopped by but maybe he was seated a few tables at the same time but he still provided great service. Overall it was a very nice meal and we enjoyed our night!

    Chase is a very good bartender and server, I have always request a table where Chase is working. I can count on him to deliver the best service, so I bring my clients here and they too come to see him as well. You are lucky to have an employee like Chase Suzuki!

    Our family loves Macaroni Grill. Our kids love the pasta and pizza from the Kid's Menu. The Kid's Menu is reasonable and comes with a drink. My husband and I always order their pastas. The options and portions for their pastas are a good size. My father-in-law enjoyed their seasonal Eggplant Parmasean that isn't usually on their menu. Their complimentary breads are soft and delicious as well. The service is usually superb every time and the ambiance is nice. My kids love to draw on the table covered with paper because they provide the crayons and we can play games together on it as well. It is a great family restaurant and enjoy coming here twice a month for dinner.
