Perfect medium steak!

Our waitress really spoiled the mood. We were ready to leave and she never left the table which made it hard to eat since she wanted us to constantly have our mask on. 0/0 recommended.

Outstanding food, service and atmosphere. Excellent place to dine.

Very disappointed in the quality of the food. I know we live in trying times and I hate to do lousy reviews if restaurants, but for what we received food wise leaves a lot to be desired. Hopefully the manager reads this and ensures he has adequate kitchen staff to be sure the food is good.

I came in Friday night and ordered the Milano. It was terrible! Way too much rosemary seasoning. My waitress, Meredith, insisted that she would get me something else. She recommended a dish and it was very good. I would like to commend her as a waitress. She was amazing, friendly, helpful, and a great asset to the brand of Macaroni Grill.

Several interesting choices.
Marvelous service.
We enjoyed a plate of caprese salad & breads with toppings.
Salmon dinner was well presented & cooked perfectly.
Lasagna was very heart with great flavors.

My daughter and I had reservations and were promptly seated. However, we were seated in a small booth for two in an area of the restaurant that seemed destined for spillover. The mood lighting that was prevalent throughout the rest of the restaurant was accompanied by very bright lighting and an empty space in the restaurant that looked like they had removed tables. The ambiance in that area was not at all like the rest of the restaurant. Also, the two person booth did not have enough table space for all of the dishes we had, with salad plates and bread plates and the entree. It was awkward. We each ordered an entree (with a $2.50 upgrade for salad) and one 8 ounce glass of wine. Our bill came to $75.00. I take responsibility for not paying attention to the price of the wine - I had only looked at the price for the 5 ounce glasses. My daughter's glass of wine cost $16.99 and mine cost $14.99. This seems excessive and certainly added to our bill. Would I return to the Macaroni Grille? No. I cannot recommend it. The food was fine but the cost of the dinner was not appropriate for what we had.

Food was excellent. Waiter was wonderful. Not rushed and very personable. He made the bad beginning save the evening. The bad part was the wait to be seated. We had a reservation but still had to wait close to 30 minutes to be seated. This was unacceptable. We made a reservation so that we would be able to be seated. We felt like we were not important at all. The waiting area was full, noisy, and just a bunch of benches. The bar area would have been much more enjoyable and pleasant. That being said, the Valentine menu was so wonderful and a good bargain. In my opinion, too many people were given reservations at a specific time. We would have gladly come earlier or later if we had been advised that our time slot choice was full.

Great food and great atmosphere. Very relaxing. We can’t wait to go back.

Food service was slow cooks behind and was delivered wrong. Once corrected it was very good. It was little disappointing that no management asked how everything was.

Amazing food, perfect atmosphere for any occasion, prompt service!

Overall it was a very pleasurable evening, great food and great waiter. My chicken franchese was great but a little greasy, not terrible tough. The same for my mom's mushroom ravioli. The only reason I didn't give service higher was our poor waiter was worked to death. He was full speed with too many tables in my opinion. he was friendly and as efficient as could be considering his situation. It was Christmas Eve and I think they were short staffed.

Good food great service!

No fault to the waitress that served us and we still gave her a good tip but the service was poor. A very large party showed up and our waitress was assigned to that group which basically left us without service. We waited far too long to receive our order and we never received our coffees or desert because the restaurant was not properly prepared. Very disappointing. This was meant to be our anniversary gift.

Great meal and great service! We are going back today with guests from Boston! One thing....no cranberry sauce....but we did have a fabulous desert of NY Style Cheese Cake...so we forgot about the cranberry sauce very fast!

We arrived early and were accommodated quickly. Our service was wonderful, food was delicious and the menu had a lot of different options. A great improvement from years ago!

The food was cold when I go it. I think it may have just been warmed up in a microwave.

Table lamp too dim.
Prices have gotten ridiculously high.
Still like it, but getting to be unaffordable... Very sad.

The waitress was very slow to get drinks and then to come back for orders. Maybe having an off night?!

We took our twin granddaughters here for a dinner and they absolutely loved it. The waiter (I wish I could remember his name) was amazing and so attentive. He also helped pick out just the right red wine for me to have. For a nice affordable fun Italian dinner I highly recommend. My husband’s eggplant was amazing too !

Overall the food was very good.
My wife ordered a pizza which had an overdone crust which spoiled the taste. The manager did offer to give her a new one.

Food was good as usual. The host screwed up our reservation though. We had a 645 reservation and arrived on time. Walk in groups who arrived after us were going in ahead of us. Eventually had to ask what was happening and got a duh answer. The guy was just not paying attention. The reservation wS essentially ignored.

food presentation not good. Wifes fish appeared as 2 large unattractive slabs of fish dumped on plate .Second dish was jumbo shrimp with mushrooms,pasta , etc. dish was bland with unappealing sauce. Lastly,, server had 2 nose rings hanging out front, bad sight for customers.

The Staff and food was wonderful. It really made my wife's birthday special. The building seems like it could be updated a little. Front door had miss matched handles bathroom seem a bit run down. Nothing that would stop me from going again.

We were a party of 6 and each one of us thought our meal was great.

Service was excellent. Was my husband’s b-day. Waiter sang happy birthday in Italian and brought him a complimentary dessert.

We had really good service by Eric. The food was delicious, and any problems were solved with apologies and quick solutions.
The only issue was the salad greens were a little soggy.

Birthday celebration

We tried this place a few years ago and the food was always just warm hardly ever hot. This time everything was hot and delicious the service was prompt not rushed. We will be back

The booth we sat ..the seats were torn. The food was good,but very overpriced for what you got.
The waitress was friendly and attentive!

Our group of 12 go to Macaroni Grill every 2 months. We love that we can all order our own favorites, staying within our diet restrictions, and get great service on top of it. We really enjoy Macaroni Grill!
