Overall, great experience. The drinks are fantastic and pizza was great and enough to split between two people. Definitely bring a jacket because it gets freezing by the windows.

We went on a double date and it was perfect! The waiter was super nice and the cosmo martini was delicious. My only complaint is the breeze associated with the outdoor dining restrictions but definitely not a deal breaker for rooftop dining during these unprecedented times.

Great food with attentive service. Was not that cold despite the open wall for COVID. Would recommend!

Although limited menu the service was great and we cannot wait until it is back to full service.

Fantastic Highlight to our Chicago Trip with (4) Teenage Girls. They could only rave about the best pizza the ever had in between snaps and selfies. Bright - warm space (the feel of an outdoor terrace yet indoor, Epic Video Screens to watch the Bears game and the décor is stunning. Ask For manager Betriz, she knows how to make your day.

We had a great time, the food was delicious!
And the view... Impressive!

Great place for a casual birthday celebration. Safety guidelines were in place.

It was fabulous ! Even with the window open it was nice and warm, didn’t need a coat on. Beautiful restaurant, great drinks and a beautiful view. Definitely coming back!

Host was rude about photos at the bar within our waiting time for food and drinks but other than her it was beyond perfect.

WONDERFUL experience. Beautiful, spacious, nicely decorated area with nice city views. We were by an open window area (due to COVID protocol) but temperature was totally fine -- the lower area is glass and top area above you is open air.
Food and service was perfect. Limited menu, but we went for salad then pizzas and both were great. Everyone was so nice an attentive. Awesome place. We will be back for sure.

The space is absolutely beautiful. Due to Covid-19, the menu was limited to mainly salads, pizza and cocktails. Although a limited selection, the food tasted delicious!!

Our server, Jose, was amazing. We inquired about New Year’s Eve events at Roof on theWit and he went above and beyond to find out the information for us. Superb service.

Highly recommend this place to all my friends and will definitely dine here again.

From the moment we walked in we were followed by a gentleman, who I believe is the restaurant manager or host or could be security. He made our stay unpleasant. I understand the COVID situation, but they were using that as a cover not to give us service just because we are racially different. I myself work in the industry and their handling of our situation was purely discriminatory or Judgmental. Horrible place and horrible service and horrible welcoming.

Mediocre experience. Gorgeous venue. No music. Dead silence. Decent pizza

Amazing place! Really nice rooftop, was a bit cold but great views and service.

Roof is a patio so available as outdoor seating. Roof was closed, but side window wall is open. Dress for the weather.

Just reopened. Wonderful and beautiful rooftop facility. Excellent drinks and ambiance. Unfortunately, very limited food menu., but all very good. Enjoy the Roof.

Unexpectedly good pizza and great views at night...

I checked their menu before going, and I loved it, but when we arrived there, they were only offering pizza 😕

Eric was really nice. However the manager/host with the blazer on..never allowed me to sit in a booth. It was my birthday and no one had the booths booked. She was just being a meany.

The ambience and service was excellent. The menu was limited due to certain restrictions during Covid-19. They are only serving nepolitan pizzas and salads. I think they should revamp the salad menu to have a garden/house salad and omit or limit the pizza options and serve other small bites. Other than that we had a great time.

Service was spotty at first. Took almost a 1/2 hour to get water, got a Corona without lime, server would disappear for periods of time. The ambiance made up for it. Great time. Quite pricey, but very nice space.

We had an AMAZING time, the food and drinks were exceptional. The ambience was perfect we look forward to returning.

Very nice modern place to hang atound, have a drink and bite to eat, good for couples, group of friends, visiting people as you can see great views through the windows. Food variety could be a bit better, like simple mushroom flatbread, more appertizer choices and salads up to $15.

I didn't realize that when I made reservations, I would be eating my dinner on a love seat and low top table. Other than that, it was a very nice place. Perfect for drinks and appetizers. Unless you have a table, dinner is a bit uncomfortable.

This was the most unprofessional thing I've ever experienced. I made reservations for dinner during the restaurant week,and confirmed the day before. When I arrived for dinner, I was told that Roof was closed to the public and they wouldn't be seating me. When I asked why and to get more details, the hostess looked at her iPad and said "there's a note in here from the manager to contact you". No one has even bothered to call or email me! This was a complete waste of time and beyond unprofessional and inconsiderate to not let me know in advance. Hands down, just the worst!

Great space and vibe. Shareable items exactly what we were after. Attentive service. A winner. We'll be back for sure.

The food choices were eclectic and very flavorful. Perfect fair for a pre-theater dinner with small plates. Our only complaint was our waitress disappeared when our food was delivered and we were hoping for description of what was what on the combo plates.

We had a 5 pm reservation so it wasn’t very crowded when we arrived. We were given a choice of seats - window, couch or booth. Our server was very attentive, even as it got busier. We took our time and no one hurried us. The decor is lovely, the food is delicious, the cocktails yummy!

Food was terrible. Everything felt like it was warmed in a microwave. Server asked for my credit card before I ordered, like I was doing bottle service with my kids. Staff was nice but young and inexperienced in that type of restaurant.

Was nice to see paella on the menu that wasn’t dominated by seafood, nice to see options! We inadvertently ate vegetarian even though my wife and I are not which was nice.

Service went above and beyond to accommodate for our nut allergy. Thank you so much for making us special.

Very nice atmosphere and great, super-friendly service and drinks and appetizer was good. Was hoping for a bit better view of the city, but tables by the windows were taken (even though we had made a reservation). Was winter and in the evening, so we couldn't go outside. Still we did enjoy some city lights which was our goal. A young man and woman were singing and performing soft rock. Fortunately, not sappy pop tunes. But it was a little loud for my tastes. Didn't know about the music.

The food and ambiance were great but the service was a bit hit and miss. Overall we enjoyed it but it was about 30-40 minutes before we could place our food order. I would go back though, mostly for the ambiance.
