   Second time here and Rossoblu delivered yet again...this time even better - did not know that was possible! This might be the perfect downtown restaurant. Try the suckling pig and the fritto mixto.

   It was an absolutely wonderful experience. I was invited to go for my birthday. The staff there is exceptional! Very warm and knowledgeable. The GM is so professional, polite, and kind. The food is delicious and flavorful. The steak was perfectly cooked, the tortillini was to die for, and the bread was phenomenal. I would absolutely go back again.

   I love this restaurant. Hadn't been for awhile but chose it for my birthday dinner. They poured us a complimentary sparkling rose to start and acknowledged my birthday. Sweet and classy. We shared the chicory caesar--huge and amazing as well as the citrus salad--also delicious. Also had a lovely Italian white wine. Tortelloni, Margarita Pizza and the pasta with sausage and greens. All just great. Then pistachio cake and a complimentary gelato. Everyone is so great there and so helpful with recommendations. My favorite downtown restaurant always. And miraculously not over-priced, as so many restaurants are these days.

   Went for an early dinner with a friend. The tortelloni pasta is a must order and vegan-issima pizza was delicious. The cocktails were also great - I loved the Mr. Q Company and Vesuvio. Our waitress was super helpful in narrowing down our menu choices and made excellent recommendations. Food was great and atmosphere was really nice. Can’t wait to go back. We sat inside due to poor weather but I’m sure it would be a great outside dining place on nicer nights.

   I don't understand what some restaurants try too hard. I wanted a Ketel One with a splash of cranberry, there was no cranberry to be found. Other than that, it totally doesn't live up to the hype. Absolutely average food in a weird location.

   FOH staff was great. Drinks were good. My son really enjoyed his pizza. Very surprised of acknowledgement of our anniversary. All of those items were great.

    This was a special event honoring a number of women in the hospitality industry, including chefs, winemakers and other extraordinary people who made us all smile during the evening. It all started with a delicious salmon crudo, followed by rainbow carrots seasoned with duck fat and quinoa and topped off with lamb chops and greens for our entree. A trio of desserts with cappuccinos and sambucca were the perfect ending. Oh my!! Love Rossoblu!

    Beautiful decor, warm open kitchen, great waiter. Food wasn’t as great as I had expected. The mixed leaf baby salad was just on type of lettuce with some finely chopped herbs on it and the pasta was slightly softer than it should have been. It had delicious sauces though and overall it was all pleasant.

    Rossoblu was the perfect spot to meet friends who were in town for business and staying downtown. Perfect dishes to share such as the grilled pork chop and the trout along with great sides, big eye tuna crudo and citrus salad. Maltagliti was appreciated by friend who hail from Italy, too.

    Haven't been to Rossoblu (or any dine-in restaurant) since the pandemic began. It was even better than I remembered. The meal was incredible. I want to go back next weekend and order all the same things!

    Our first waitress wasn't too nice. Felt like she was a bit cold and didn't like her job. We ordered 4items with a bottle of wine. Our first appetizer and salad came out quickly but then nothing. We sat for dinner at 7:30 and still by 9pm, did not receive our steak or pasta. We would've been way more upset but the waiter who helped us towards the end was super nice and apologized.

    The Service and Ambiance were impeccable. We were very well cared for, and at the same time, given plenty of privacy. The focaccia with accompanying spreads and the tuna crudo made for a dazzling beginning. The hanger steak was stellar and cooked precisely to requested temperature. We enjoyed an array of desserts that were equally delicious (maybe the fior di latte gelato with balsamic barely edged out the rest of the field). Thank you RossBlu team for a wonderful and memorable meal!

    Service and ambience were impeccable. Food was a bit bland. We were served by Collin who did an amazing job. The rest of the staff were super attentive as well. The food was okay. It’s wasn’t bad, but it wasn’t what my wife and I were expecting at these price points. Everything was just so…bland and flavorless. We started with the seafood frito misto which is just a fancy way to say calamari. to Nothing amazing there, I’d had better calamari at bars. The broth in the brodo was delicious but the Parmesan cubes in left us wanting more. They had a stuffed pasta dish which was also ok but still bland. The real star of the meal was the salami honey pizza which was packed with amazing flavor. Complimentary Gelato was good and so were cocktails.

    The staff was rushing us from the time we sat down to the time they served food, to the time we were finishing. We had a 730 reservation and we’re basically kicked out at 930. I mean our server left for the night in the middle of our meal. The food was decent. Nothing amazing or unique. We had the three salad, which was like a basic lettuce with no veggies nothing. We had the meatballs, which were real meat and no filler so that was good, the bread what came with it was the best thing we had. The sauce with the meatballs was scarce. We had the fish which was basic and bland, with no veggies with it just blah. We had two pastas, one cheese pasta which was the best thing we had but once again just ok and the shrimp pasta which was awful. It was too fishy and yet bland . The space is pretty but it was not a good meal and the staff was not nice as we felt rushed the whole nite.

    Everything was perfect, except for the fact that the staff was very pushy. We were having a party of two, with plenty of food and glasses of wine. We didn't manage to finish the food when we were provided with dessert menu immediately. Every 2 minutes someone was approaching and asking if they can take the remaining food, or if we want a dessert, etc. We were unable to relax and enjoy and decided to leave.

    Service was nice. Ambience was nice also, had dim lighting perfect for date night or friendly hangouts. We started with the caeser salad which was good the caeser had a hint of anchovies but we loved it and you could barely tell (9/10). The seafood fritto was also our starter and it was delicious the sauces that came along with it were so good (10/10). For entrees we had the hanger steak was a 10/10, I would go back for that steak the butter and sauces were wonderful. The pasta was good it was a tad bit seafoody but it a good buttery way (7/10). We also ended up getting a pizza was really good nice crust and the cheese onions and mushrooms was so good (10/10). We had the passion fruit cake to end with and it was also very good the passion fruit part of the cake was a bit salty or pungent and the flavor’s but it really didn’t matter because the cake overall was good (8.5/10) Overall, we had two appetizers, two entrees, one pizza, three cocktails and one dessert and our check was $222 worth the price

    Incredibly delicious dinner. The mushroom with pasta was the best pasta dish of this type, hands down if tasted. The pasta was just at first stage of al dente so there was a bit of a chew to the dish that made it even more satisfying, in fact, decadent. The dandelion greens were the perfect addition that helped cut the richness ever so delicately. The seafood misto as appetizer was also done extremely well and the portion generous. The interesting Vesuvius mezcal cocktail was done perfectly. The food here was a cut above most pasta places. Wait staff and manager were very attentive without being intrusive.

    My friends and I came here for a surprise birthday dinner and the staff was so amazing! From the moment we walked in until we left everyone from the hostess to the manager made everything so special. They allowed us to decorate the table for our friends birthday and interacted with us throughout. Colin was our server and he was so sweet, so attentive and gave use great recommendations. The food was incredible we got the Olempia, cavatelli, the pizza and tortellini (i know i butchered the names) and everything was incredible. The potatoes, Brussels sprouts and the citrus salad are also a must. I would highly recommend this place solely on the service but the food was just as incredible!

    The ambiance of the place was nice. The cocktails we ordered were good, however, we ordered the Margherita pizza and it was slightly cold and soggy. We also ordered the tortellini and the pasta was partially dry and uncooked. I feel the price we paid for the food we got was not worth it and very disappointing. Unfortunately we would not come back.

    Food was very good. Server had trouble hearing us. Portion format is confusing. We ordered like we normally would and had way too much food. For that reason, the value is questionable and too much food went to waste.
