Great Atmosphere, hard to believe its in Worcester as it could be a wine cellar from Italy. Waiter was outstanding, great bottle of wine for $30. My only complaint is that they do not have port on the wine list. Italian restaurant without port :-). Its the only complaint I can come up with.

Great food, great service. And great quiet atmosphere in the back room.

We had a great experience the previous week dining as a couple and we were hoping we had found our new "go-to" Italian restaurant in the Worcester area, so we decided to try it again with friends. The food was great, as it was the prior week, but the service was not good, which significantly impacted our experience. After our food was delivered to the table, one of us requested additional cheese. After waiting for some time, we eventually flagged down the server who brought the cheese. They indicated they had asked someone to bring it. but clearly did not follow up. At this point it was well into our meal. In addition, when the cheese arrived the same person requested a soft drink, which was not brought until we were done eating and requesting the check, so it was no longer needed. It is not a big enough restaurant that the server should lose track of the tables, especially when there were minimal requests. I would consider eating here again, but the food is only part of the experience and we will continue to look for a "go-to" Italian restaurant that consistently delivers amazing food and service.

The monthly wine promotion with free glasses was exceptional. Food, as always, was wonderful.

Table was immediately available upon our arrival. All staff taking Covid precautions and greeting was warm and inviting. The table was distanced appropriately and ambiance was very comfortable. Food was outstanding.

Great food and service! Have been a few times and never been disappointed.

Russo's was awesome. Every single person that we met there was friendly and welcoming. Our waiter - Johnathan - was great. The food was terrific, and I would not hesitate to order any of the same dishes all over again (veal parm, veal marsala, chicken saltimbocca, meatballs, fresh pasta). We will go there agains soon.

Russo is our favorite Italian restaurant. The food is delicious, service is exceptional and the ambiance is perfect.

Great food. Had the meatballs which were really delicious and husband had the sausage and rabe pasta, also fantastic with a little kick. All pasta is homemade which makes a big difference. We will be back, highly recommend!

Cute place, nice ambiance. Sat in the bar for a romantic dinner date, Amy was awesome! She was very knowledgeable about wines and menu itmes. Loved the wine selection for the month and lobster raviolis melt in your mouth!

Amazing fresh pasta! The best around hands down. Recommend to take provisions to go.

The food was excellent. Our server attentive without being overly intrusive. The room was noisy but that was due to other patrons loud conversations.

My wife and I went on a Friday night last week. We started with the fried calamari and it was very salty. The dipping sauces were good though. My wife had the manicotti and liked it. I had the lasagna and it was very soupy, no ricotta or other cheeses were in the layers, it was also very salty, and the pasta was thin and too soft. Not a good dish.

For dessert I had the salted caramel gelato. The caramel and salt were way off balance create more of a burnt tasted. My wife had the cannoli's and they were just okay.

A bit of a disappointment.

The Pork Chops, Marsala Meal, and Polpette were delicious.

We thoroughly enjoyed Russo. It was our first time dining at Russo. The ambiance is so relaxing and quaint. You feel as though you are sitting in an outdoor cafe with Sinatra crooning nearby. The service was exceptional. The food - oh yum - was delicious. The chicken parm was the best I’ve ever had. And the salted caramel gelato - we argued over who got the last bite!

It not just a Wednesday night out. It was a dining experience we cannot wait to do again.

As always, Russo gave us an outstanding experience, from start to finish. Make sure you start by splitting a polpette and finish with a couple of affogatos and a tiramisu to share—and whatever you order in between will be unforgettable.

Delicious! Loved our meal. The cook rocked in preparing our meal of pork chop, veal Marsala and the fried calamari. Kudos to the bartender for mixing a great Negroni. Lovely wine list. Most notable and a topper in the dining experience at Russo is Amy, the server, she was very friendly and attentive.

This was our first visit and we will be back. Everything was excellent: great food, service and price. We left with enough food for another meal. Please give this gem a visit soon!

Lovely restaurant with delicious entrees. The restaurant was not busy while we were there but the service was average at best. Surprised that no bread was offered to enjoy with our cocktails as we waited for our entrees.
