Rusty Bucket - Northville Park Place
Our server, Autumn, was fantastic! We appreciated her genuine hospitality and knowledge. We tried several of the new menu items - all were phenomenal! We enjoyed sitting on the patio, socially distanced from other diners. It was great to see how well the associates cared for cleanliness and guidelines during this time.
Great to be back to the Bucket! The Fried Pickles were awesome and the bread pudding for a birthday celebration was a perfect end to a wonderful lunch!
First time here. Everything was good. Server, Kristen, was friendly and attentive. Food was good an worth the price. The only thing that we didn't care for was that everything was so sticky. Our arms stuck to the table and there was a gross residue behind. I asked what they were using to disinfect and she stated it was a peroxide based product. Horrible. Even the floors were sticky when walking to/from the restrooms.
I know disinfecting is 100% necessary, but this is the first restaurant that I've been to that had the sticky after affects.
I was disappointed the Brunch menu was not offered. According to the website it should have been available. The waiter was scarce. The food was good. We ate outside. It was for Father’s Day and it was enjoyable.
Food was great, nice to be back at a restaurant. We come here a lot.
Great food and service was quick. Definitely will visit again.

Usually service is pretty on point at this location but it was not good tonight. We sat for some time before our drink order was taken. It was the hostess that took it because they were “busy”. We barely even got to decide what we wanted before she determined she would just get us waters for the table and walked away. Same when she came back and asked if we were ready to order. We had an appetizers picked out but she walked away without taking it. The waiter seemed distracted and never came back once our meal came out to check on refills or if we needed anything else.
It was our first visit to Rusty Bucket and the experience as very good. We had a reservation for a party of ten and were seated immediately. Our server was attentive and our meal and check were delivered quickly since we had an event to attend that evening. The noise level was quite loud but no fault of a Rusty Bucket with holiday parties going on. We look forward to a return visit.
Dinner was delicious and server totally wowed us...great time!!
The place was casual and relaxing. The only thing is the chicken blue plate special I ordered was salty.

Our server seemed a bit annoyed with some of the items we were ordering. Otherwise, everything was great.
Party of 7 on a Saturday afternoon. Our reserved table was ready when we arrived. Everyone liked their food. At the end, our server thanked us and told us it was his 3rd day on the job. We couldn’t tell because he did a great job.
My client ordered Cuban Beans and Rice; asked if it was authentic Cuban. Waiter said yes, but it contained jalapeños and client was allergic. It was removed and fruit cup provided in lieu of the rice and beans.
The bartender and waitress were great. Friendly and engaged with their customer. The bartender was on TV that morning and he was telling
Greeter not pleasant when we said we were had res with open table. Said she knew nothing about it and was not pleasant. Still waiting for pounts to be given. Will think twice b4 going back. What happened to to nice people.

Women's bathroom smelled awful. Some servers looked like they slept in the tshirt provided as a uniform. Hostess had no personality for that role. Taco Salad a joke
It was my birthday. Server seemed like she had never done this before and my Rueben sandwich was not great. Ive had it here before and it was delicious. There was barely any corned beef on there and it was chewy. Not the best birthday experience:(

the menu descriptions of the food were far more palatable pleasing than the food was unfortunately. We ordered the Mac and Cheese - which sounded delicious; it wasn't anything more then boxed mac and cheese. The "cheese" was just soupy cheese sauce. We also ordered the nachos - again a huge disappointment. They were mildly pleasing taste wise, and the "cheese blanket"....where was that?????
Rusty Bucket isn’t what is used to be,, menu is so minimal now and the food not that great.. will not be dinning there anytime soon again. Definitely needs an overhaul.

We went in Father’s Day to celebrate that and 2 birthdays. Our table for 8 was waiting when we got there and we all enjoyed our food. I’m a fan of the chili at Rusty Bucket and it didn’t disappoint, my mom got the 3 way (chili over spaghetti) which is good also.
Took my dad here for Father’s Day and he had an great time. It was his first time being there. Also Austin was a great waiter!
Took a while to get service but after that it was ok. Food was ok. Not sure if we’ll go back.
Great burger! Had a reservation but wasn't needed.
Service was a little slow. Wasn’t super busy, but we made a reservation anyway for my MIL bday. Food was pretty good but wasn’t anything crazy, sandwiches and burgers. Husband hated his drink, mine were good. Appetizer was good. We ate here once before and it was great, this time just ok. Will give it another try.
Disappointing menu; steak was tasteless. It was ok but certainly nothing special. If we never go back that will be alright.

Poor management. Server was not trained how to serve food at the table. Reached across the table and across people and handed food to customer. Food was average. I've been to other Rusty Bucket locations and had much better experience. Probably wont go back to this location.

Rusty Bucket has always worked out as a good place to meet up with friends and family. Food is good. Service is good. The atmosphere and noise level allows for conversation.

My first experience was good, friendly and prompt service. However on my second visit the service was bad. Our order was taken in a timely manor but then it took nearly an hour for our dinners to arrive. Five meals, one was a salad, 3 meals were barely warm and one was okay.
