窓側の席のためとても寒かった。雰囲気は悪くないが、店内のニオイ（不快なものではないが、調理中の換気扇が少し逆流してるかのようなもの）がきつく、店構えからの落差でガッカリする。換気があまり良くはないようだ。お料理は温かいものは温かいまま食べたいところだが、なぜかぬるい温度のものばかりだった。次の食事の提供は、少なくとも今食べているものを食べ切るくらいのタイミングでないとダメだと思う。お料理の味や見た目は悪くはないので残念だった。お酒はあまり馴染みのない珍しいものを出していただき、説明もそこそこなされるので、お料理とのマリアージュなど楽しめる。ただ、説明の際、客とコミュニケーションを取るというよりも、サクッと説明したい内容だけ話終わったら、プイッと席を離れる感じで、とても不思議な感じがした。

接待での利用でした日本酒に詳しい方々でしたが、想定を超える提供内容で喜ばれました。特にお酒の温度に拘られているだけあり、それぞれのお料理に合わせていただきました。肝心のお料理も手が込んだ逸品で、ボリュームもあり満足出来ました。

丁寧にお酒の説明をしていただけて良かったです。料理も一品一品美味しく、6000円のコースの値段以上の量と質でした。最後の夏限定のカキ氷も良かったです！

simple but surprisingly good French Japanese style food. Sake (Nihon shu pairing) excellent with different taste. Excellent explanation from the sommelier, a woman charming, discreet but very attentive to our needs. GO THERE. It s worth the detour! PS : the sommelier even remembered me when i came few years ago. Incredible and impressive, isn't it?

The concept of marrying Sake with French food is certainly original. We enjoyed the food but really liked the Sake introductions done by the hostess who obviously knew her stuff. Will be going again with my colleagues the next time I am on a business trip to Japan

Had so much fun with my friends, dining and drinking at Sake scene. We did the five-course pairing which was plenty of food. Loved the variety of sake and as always learned something new!

Owner is very pleasant and extremely knowledgeable about sake. She speaks excellent English - which is a bonus for foreigners like me. Amazing sake pairing with the seasonal course and very value for money. Sit at the counter - this is the highlight of the meal, where you get to interact with the owner herself and learn all about sake. 10/10 experience and highly recommended!

This restaurant is quite small—and intimate. We liked the concept of pairing French cuisine with interesting sakes. We were disappointed that quite a number of their menu options were unavailable, and this was on a Saturday night. There were three of us. They only had one salmon remaining, so two of us split that. It was quite delicious. The sake offerings were interesting also. The wait staff were very attentive and apologetic. All in all a good experience,but it would have been nice if we could have had a broader food selection.

For a romantic diner or with friend this restaurant is a good choice. It was 10mn walk from our hotel , located near Shibakoen park. We chose a seasonal diner (7000y pp) with sake pairing (6000Y). Sake pairing is interesting if you are a sake amateur. The food was good but not exceptional, with good presentation. The restaurant decoration is modern and simple at the same time, the service is great ! I recommend this restaurant.

A cosy restaurant with great ambience. The set meals come with accompanying sake tastes, described by the owner. The food was a little unusual for western tastes (horsemeat sashimi to start, then tiny prawns wrapped in kataifi pastry, duck breast with eggplant and a rice soup in seafood stock). Very pleasant overall however.

Beautiful setting, incredible food and impressive sake. If you want to taste some quality sake from around Japan's small sake breweries this is the place to do it. Food options are a la carte or reserve ahead a specially prepared course menu. Definitely a very special place!
