Where: Cooking Studio. When: March 16 | 2:00 p.m. Work alongside our Executive Pastry Chef Jason Reaves and learn how to make his signature chocolate truffles from beginning to end. It will be the sweetest thing you do all weekend!
Where: Gold Cup. When: March 16 - March 17 | 11:00 a.m. – 11:00 p.m. We are serving up a special menu all weekend long in honor of St. Patrick's Day that will delight the Irish in all of us! Listen to an authentic Irish band each day starting at 2:00 p.m. while indulging in traditional Irish fare including Corned Beef and Cabbage, Bangers and Mash, Turkey Rubens, and much more. Try our new whiskey menu and enjoy the green beer flowing.
Where: Harrimans. When: March 16 | 6:00 p.m. Join us for a special Whiskey pairing dinner with select signature Harrimans dishes. Our Executive Chef will be on-hand preparing and explaining how he creates each dish while you enjoy each with Tullamore DEW, Bushmills Black Bush, and a Jameson flight of Jameson Original, Jameson Caskmates and Jameson Black Barrel.

Aside from our classic brunch offerings like a live omelet station and breakfast favorites, we're adding authentic Irish specialties like corned beef, cabbage, Irish desserts, and more to celebrate a delicious St. Patrick's Day.

Chef Palluda teams up with our Executive Chef, Ryan Arensdorf, for an extravagant offering of antipasti paired perfectly with the best Barolo wine. Chef Palluda will be on-hand to answer questions and discuss his passion for cooking. Davide Palluda owns and operates "Ristorante All'Enoteca", annexed to the Enoteca Regionale del Roero, in Canale and the "DP" Laboratory. In 2000, he was elected best young chef of the year by the Espresso Guide and was awarded a Michelin star, which he has never lost. He is acknowledged as being one of the best Italian chefs.

Join us for this exclusive hands-on class and learn the art of Italian cooking from a true northern Italian Chef with the assistance of our Executive Chef, Ryan Arensdorf. Davide Palluda owns and operates "Ristorante All'Enoteca", annexed to the Enoteca Regionale del Roero, in Canale and the "DP" Laboratory. Chef Palluda will cultivate a special menu just for the evening combining classic Northern Italian favorites including pasta made from scratch, with the best ingredients from local Virginia farms. In this delicious class, taste multiple types of caviar and learn what makes each one special. Each caviar also will be paired with a different champagne to enhance the flavor profile of each.

April 21 | 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Hop over to our ballroom and visit with the Easter bunny while enjoying a delicious brunch buffet with sweet and savory holiday favorites for the entire family. The brunch will also feature a make-your-own keepsake designing station as well as a photo opportunity with the Easter bunny!

Served for sharing, enjoy time with your loved ones over a delicious dinner while taking in the sweeping views of the Virginia countryside, and visits from the Easter bunny himself.

Learn a fool proof recipe for an exceptionally good crab cake, fresh asparagus Mimosa salad, and bread pudding with lemon sauce. Chef Corley is a food writer, teacher and restaurant consultant, and has studied under both Julia Child and James Beard.
Where: Cooking Studio. When: May 04 | 2:00 p.m. Work with our trained chefs in this hands-on class and create some of their favorite Mexican dishes from scratch including fish tacos, salsa and guacamole, breakfast chilaquiles and so much more.

In this hands-on class with our guest chef, Dinah Corley, you will create the classic afternoon tea experience including finger sandwiches with curried chicken, smoked salmon and cucumber, and buttermilk pound cake. Chef Corley is a food writer, teacher and restaurant consultant, and has studied under both Julia Child and James Beard.

Join us for a grand buffet featuring an extensive omelet bar, interactive pasta cooking station, elaborate seafood tower, indulgent steak carving, bottomless mimosas and much more. A special children's buffet and a dessert display, also will be available.

Visit the chocolate egg-filled jar located at the Concierge Desk and make your guess as to how many are in there to be entered into the contest. The winner takes home the jar! We have created adult-friendly baskets with a bottle of lotion, jar of Salamander Honey, small arrangement of spring flowers, Easter egg cookies, butterscotch scones, a bottle of house wine (red or white, you choose!), two wine glasses and much more.

Rock & Roll Day is all about singing and playing music! Show off your moves with some freeze dance, receive guitar lessons and sing along to your favorite songs.
Explore the mystery of the universe by building your own rocket, create planet crafts and decorate your own astronaut helmet.
Cowboys and Cowgirls are welcome to come see and learn more about horses, craft your own cowboy hat and decorate your own stick pony.
Health & Wellness
Where: Fitness Center. When: March 16 | 11:00 a.m. Who says yoga can't rock? Come have a blast with us in honor of St. Patrick's Day while stretching and building muscle in this Vinyasa Yoga workshop, set to a soundtrack of upbeat hard rock hits. Enjoy a complimentary green beer when you are done. Participants must be over 21 years of age.
Where: Fitness Center. When: March 24 | 11:00 a.m. Be brought into peaceful bliss with our class focused on the healing practice that allows the mind and physical body to rest and restore. This one-hour class is as restful as four hours of conventional sleep. Suitable for all levels and no experience needed. This class will be finished with a relaxing temple massage.
Where: Fitness Center. When: March 30, April 27, May 04 | 11:00 a.m. Rest, destress and manifest. This workshop starts with guided breath work and goes into slow stretching shapes to open channels in the body using meridians and Yin Yoga. End the class with a guided meditation which directs awareness to different parts of the body. Guests may wear socks and bring a notepad.
Where: Fitness Center. When: April 06 | 11:00 a.m. A perfect yoga workshop to spring out of winter! Enjoy yoga poses for all levels with breathing exercises to jump-start your body while discovering rituals to start each day with reflection, meditation and peace. This workshop will end with a guided imagery meditation and send you off ready to 'bloom' into the spring season! Enjoy a complimentary herbal tea at the end of class to relax even more.

Special Event
Where: Culinary Garden. When: April 20 | 6:00 p.m. Complimentary with donation. Kids shouldn't have all the fun! This Easter weekend, we are hosting our first chocolate liqueur hunt for adults-only. Similar to the traditional Easter egg hunt, adults will line up for the hunt but this time it is for delicious chocolates filled with a variety of different liqueurs to keep. Entrance to the hunt is a canned food item that will be donated to Seven Loaves Services in Middleburg, VA. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to participate. All participants will need to show a valid ID prior to the start of the hunt for entry.
Where: Splash Pool & Café. When: May 26 | 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. Start summer with a splash! Where: Fitness Center. When: March 16, April 20 | 3:00 p.m. Join us and Big Dogs Pottery for a spring themed 6x6 fused glass project. After you make your creation, it will be fired and shipped to you. Participants must be 8 years old and up.
Family Fun
Where: Grand Lawn. When: March 16 | 10:00 a.m. Are you feeling the luck of the Irish? Just in time for St. Patrick's Day, try your luck at geocaching to find our multiple pots of gold hidden on the property. Each caching station contains a grand prize and special gold coins. The grand prize will go to the first team to reach the caching station. Smart phones with GPS or compass apps will work; teams are 2-4 people.
Where: Fitness Center. When: March 16 | 9:00 a.m. In honor of St. Patrick's Day, we are hosting a special Camp Salamander Lucky Charms! See if you have the luck of the Irish as you follow the rainbow, like every eager Leprechaun does, to find your own pot of gold. We also will be making custom charm bracelets and hosting a four leaf clover challenge. All day camp is seven hours, ages 4-10.
Where: Grand Lawn. When: April 20 | 10:00 a.m. For the tech-fanatic, join us the day before Easter for a high-tech twist on a traditional Easter egg hunt. We are hiding multiple caching stations through the resort grounds that contain a grand prize and Easter egg treats. The grand prize will go to the first person to reach the caching station. Smart phones with GPS or compass apps will work; teams are 2-4 people.
Where: Grand Lawn. When: April 20 | 8:00 p.m. Complimentry. Who says you have to go on an Easter egg hunt during the day? Experience the thrill of hunting for Easter eggs in the dark with glow in the dark eggs. Collect your eggs and prizes for a "glowing" holiday! Bring your own basket, entry fee is a canned good item to donate to Seven Loaves Services.
Where: Fitness Center. When: April 20 | 1:00 p.m. One of the best things about Easter is dying and designing your eggs! Join us for Easter Egg Dying and decorate your own six eggs to take home and hide for your loved ones.

The Easter bunny is placing eggs throughout the lawn near the Equestrian Center and Culinary Garden with special treats inside. A special children's area will be available with arts and crafts, a jump castle and so much more. Also, we will have a special visit from the Easter Bunny!
Where: Fitness Center. When: May 25 | 10:00 a.m. Compete with your family as a team to score as many points as possible through a special Salamander Scavenger Hunt app. You will have two hours to answer questions located throughout the resort and in the Town of Middleburg. Prizes will be awarded to the team with the most points at the end! One Smartphone is required per team, teams can be 2-8 people.
