My mom‘s food was cold. She got a chicken fried steak, mashed potatoes and brussels sprouts although they did remake it. She was too frustrated to eat. My husband steak was undercooked and I think they need to offer more options for their food at that price.

Our 3rd visit and probably the last. The hostess station is always a chaotic mess - the young ladies dont listen and reservations are sometimes ignored. The steaks are bland - the service typically rushed with drinks slow to arrive. Dont think about a 2nd round because your dinner is halfway done by the time you get a beer. Impossible to get appetizers and drinks in reasonable amount of time...

First time at this new location. Smaller footprint than others but excellent quality as we expect from. Saltgrass restaurant!

Being able to make a reservation through Open Table was fantastic. Love your app. Food was great but the weather was horrible. Love Saltgrass ♥️

Excellent mushrooms great service ribeye was cooked to perfection. Xavier our server was attentive and fantastic. Ribs fell off the bone. Love this place. Wish it was a little quieter. :-)

Table service and oversight by floor manager were subpar tonight. Multiple missed orders, 15-20 mins left without checking on the table and just a general poor attitude by the server. I’m generally forgiving of service misses by the waitstaff but tonight was just too much. Doubtful we will return to this location again based on the service.

Excellent service and delicious food. You have to try the pork chops with the bourbon glaze. It will have you coming back for more.
