   First time visiting here. Helpful staff. Extensive drinks and food menu. Food was delivered quickly. The tapas was delicious, very fresh and good portion sizes. Will be back!

    I think the restaurant could do more deals. I.e. 5 tapas for £30 or something In terms of the service on this occasion there were definitely tables that got served food before us and I noticed a Spanish speaking table that they received different service too. I still thinking people should visit this restaurant despite the mixed reviews as it is good food and drink with a good atmosphere. But on this ocassion the service wasn’t up to its usual standards.

    Shame they hadn’t anticipated the extra customers as a result of the Cheltenham races. We didn’t mind waiting 30 mins for the tapas to start arriving but weren’t prepared to wait another 30 mins for our dessert. Food good though. Chilean Merlot a bit ropey!

    Lovely Tapas bar with nice Spanish decor. Menu and food as we expected to see on a Spanish Tapas menu. Wine was nice to see some Spanish Wines on the menu also. Was a little disappointed to see no Spanish cheeses on the mixed platter and we are glad we asked what the cheese selection was before we ordered. Server was lovely and engaging. Overall would recommend

    I was a bit disappointed as it was my friend’s birthday meal our table wasn’t ready when we arrived and we got stuck in a corner right on top of the kitchen. And it would have Been nice to have all our food served up at the same time. I think it would be nice to have a refund for the meal or some money off our next visit.

    The service was particularly good, the chef came to the table to check the order and to explain that the paella was cooked fresh. He then came back to ask if the food was good.

    Tapas very disappointing. Don’t think whoever created the dishes has ever been to Spain. Lots of poorly cooked and unappetising potatoes served with the bland tapas. Were told chef wanted to go home so we should order our mains before 8.30 (our booking was 8pm). Week before Xmas, but place was empty, no atmosphere. Lights too bright. Mains were ok. Only good thing about the experience were the chips.

    We paid £45 each for 3 people, including one of the cheaper bottles of wine, but all went home feeling hungry. It's a lot of money for the amount of food.

    I’ve been several times and can’t fault the food and service, unfortunately at lunchtime it’s not very busy so no atmosphere but in the evening when busy is has a nice buzz. Think they need to sell themselves better to attract customers.

    Overall was a nice evening, food was okay. I do think it could be nicer, we felt like we’ve had better tapas at pubs/not typical tapas places. Service was nice and quick so no complaints there.

    Lovely food and a very knowledgeable staff member who hails from Yorkshire originally but is hugely knowledgeable about and familiar with Spain and the cuisine. We were fortunate to have a Spanish speaker in our group , with the two of them chatting away like old friends! I did not feel we received any form of preferential treatment but overall the place was very welcoming, and the Charcuterie board comes with a lovely Spanish blue cheese - Cabrales it is worth a trip to sample this alone!
