The food was great. Due to COVID19 the dining area was not full. Even though we had reservations we had to wait for a booth. We were not pressured to order. Each appetizer came out when we were done with the previous one. So each was warm and fresh. The rolls we ordered were amazing. Will return and will be doing take out.

great place to eat. did a family lunch for my 8yr old's birthday and we all had a blast. they decorated by out table and brought him a flaming ice cream dessert on the house. will definitely go back again.

Best hibachi on Long Island

Had sashimi and some of the fish were not fresh and I had to make an appointment with the toilet an hour or so later.

Went for my daughters birthday. Our chef was great, and the food was fresh. They made my daughter feel very special for her birthday!

Sasa always gives the best service and best hibachi food!

Came for NYE dinner... there was a sign up saying no dessert being served and it felt like a factory. We were there for an hour they rushed you out to get to the next table. They were putting the new dishes out when we were still sitting. I wasn’t impressed. Food and drinks just ok for the money we spent.

The food was pretty good however our hibachi chef’s sense of humor made our group feel extremely uncomfortable.

The food and service are always top-notch. The sushi is fresh and masterfully prepared, and the Omakase menu is a good as any you'd find in Manhattan.

I recommend Sasa, our family goes there once a month and enjoys it every time.

I've been going to Hibachi places all over NY since Benihana was the only one around. This is my favorite of them all. This is a hidden gem. They have the best food, price and service. I've been going to them frequently since I stumbled on them and will continue to do so.

I went there for my Birthday because I loved this place. They always treated birthday people so good and even the kids got balloons etc... but this time the hibachi was so rushed and he threw the zucchini at our heads and the volcano was done but blown off quick. I was so so so disappointed... I rave about this about this place ALL the time and now for my birthday, it was very disappointing.. no balloons for the kids ...my husband complained and the manager gave us 15% off but we lost the experience which is what we go for... they dimmed the lights threw a hat on me after they sang happy birthday to another table like I was an after thought ... just really unhappy with the overall experience... on to a new hibachi place especially on my birthday 😡

Our experience differed from the table beside ours. Their chef was enthusiastic and fun, even made balloon animals for them. Ours was quiet and didn’t get into the hibachi experience until the end. The sushi was good, as well as the hibachi. Everyone else was asked if they wanted dessert. We were celebrating our anniversary, we had our child with us who wanted dessert. They hand us the check. My husband asked if they had dessert and the woman replied it doesn’t come with the meal. My husband told her he would’ve paid for it if we were offered a menu but they brought the check before we could ask. So as we are leaving they gave my child a glass cup with ice cream which was a nice gesture. Not sure if we will come back to this Hibachi place again.

Chef kept wanting me to give him a tip by getting a piece of salmon from under a plate which I did not order. Also kept wanting to shake my hand and asking how was the food 5 times. This ruined my experience as he did not do this with other customers on the same table.

Fun and friendly! Very accommodating. I had a lot of fun and it was my parents first time at a hibachi. They are still talking about how fun it was!
