    Food was good. Service was terrible!!! Our waiter was no where to be found multiple times! Took him forever to take our order and come around for water refills! Gratuity is automatically added which means they have no reason to be a good server. Won’t be returning

    Service was awful. 25 minutes for the drinks to arrive. 3 beers, 1 ice tea and 1 martini. The food was wonderful but the wait time for the food and drinks was unacceptable. We had a party of five and when the bill arrived ( we once again had to flag the server down), it wasn’t itemized and gratuity was already added. I wouldn’t of left a 20% tip. Unfortunately we won’t be back. Sad experience.

    Great food and service. Our server was great, food was hot and excellent. We were a little disappointed the restaurant did not have the oxtails, two members of my party was really counting on having those for their dinner. Hopefully, next time we visit they will be available.

    I had a set reservation at 8:30 arrived 15 minutes early was greeted warmly by the staff downstairs/upstairs and seated promptly! The ambience was warm and inviting. The staff was wonderful. The menu was small and a couple of items were not available:-(. Ordered the catfish platter with greens and yams. The sides were delicious the catfish was a little overcooked and salty but overall experience was great!! Thank you

    We were visiting from Chicago and this restaurant was a recommendation. The service was awesome and the food was delicious. It was a very cool vibe and the staff were very warm and welcoming. We will definitely be back!

    Service was poor. The waiter did not serve us for at least 15 mins after we were seated. They did not clear the table of our appetizers prior to serving the main course, thus space on the table was limited.The oxtail was good, catfish meal needs a better presentation

    Best Shrimp and grits I've had short of New Orleans and Savanah. Amazing taste, texture, presentation, and quality. Drinks were great and service was there to match it all. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

    I had a pleasant time here everything was perfect. From the moment we walked in to the time we left, food was amazing, customer service was great, and the vibe was chill just how i like it. The only thing i would say was the issue was finding the restaurant. But other than that 10/10!! Will be back for sure.

    Savannah Blue is one of my favorite restaurants. The food is always good. I have tried everything on the menu. Last night I had the oxtails, cheese risotto and a kale Ceasar salad. I ate every crumb, I was embarrassed how I cleaned my plate. My cocktail the strawberry lemon drop was excellent.

    The ambience was classy and upbeat. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The cauliflower starter was savory with a hint of sweetness. My shrimp and grits entree was so creamy, with a just a bit of smokiness from the sausage and an amazingly flavorful sauce. Would definitely recommend this restaurant!

    The food is not the same as it use to be. The only thing that was good was the mini cornbread muffins and the catfish. Don’t waste your time. Whoever thinks the food is good has never had real soul food.

    I was very unhappy with my experience, after having a reservation, I waited for about 30 minutes to be seated at my table. After being seated, I waited about 30 more minutes to even get water or a drink order, after my drinks came, I waited another 45 minutes to order my food, then it took another 45 minutes to receive my food. almost the whole entire restaurant, including people who had came in after me received their food before me. I was late to an event that I was going to because I was waiting for my food, and most of the time I could not find my waitress. When I finally got my food, it was so salty. I couldn’t even eat it. It was shrimp and grits. It tasted like cheap, nacho cheese and salt. My sister ordered the ox tails and that was good. I love soul food, and I was so disappointed in this experience. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.
