Scaddabush Italian Kitchen & Bar – Mimico

Food and service was excellent!! Was a bit chilly on the patio as a few more heaters and maybe plexiglass around the perimeter of patio to block wind would help!

Great outdoor heater!

Not only we were not seated until 45 mins after check in, but they refused to honour our extra person - my young daughter. I even called ahead to ask if they could accommodate one extra person and was told that it would be no problem at all. Our reservation was for 7 pm, and we were seated at 7:45, even though there were PLENTY of open tables. When they finally seated us, our kids were separated from us, and the tables were not even close together. We asked to switch tables but were told that the closer table was “for someone else” - I guess the phantom people that weren’t even there yet??? We insisted and they gave in. Dinner came around 1 and a half hours later. They apparently “forgot” to punch in the order with the appetizers. The drinks we were served were completely flat and room temperature. Those took another 20 mins to switch out. They did compensate us for the appetizers since they screwed up so bad. Will never go again. This location sucks.

The restaurant served me a bruschetta avocado app with stale tomatoes and avocado it was disgusting.

Food was good, service was not. Took too long to get our orders in, also our bills were messed up.

The construction next door makes it very dusty on the patio. Other than that it was great!

I had requested a dessert be brought at the end of dinner which I would pay for as it was my friend birthday and that I was given the bill.

No dessert was brought and I was not given the bill.

Very disappointed

first time at this location. Loved the patio. Great service, excellent food. Kudos to all the waiters and waitresses for doing a difficult job so well. Masks on, cleaning and disinfecting after each seating, tables 6feet apart. Will go back, for sure. Thank you to all the staff

My order came late and one item ordered to the table was burnt. When my late order did arrive it wasn’t very tasty. They did remove both dishes from the bill.

Our food took over an hour to come out. There was a huge storm so we asked that our food be packed up instead of serving us at the table. Our server was kind enough to give us a discount for our trouble. But the food we took home was basically raw and they gave us bare minimum. Horrible experience but the manager did reach out to me to apologize and I really appreciated the fact that I was being heard.

Clean, good service, space between tables. Food was okish. Not great, and kind of overpriced. Fresh mozzarella was very good, but small for the price. Spaghetti and meatballs were terrible with an odd taste (bitter/acid). Rest of food was forgettable. Ordered the zepollis and were terrible, heavy, cold and not crispy at all. My drink (bellini) was watery and very uninspired . Even though restaurant is couple of blocks away, I do not think I will go back

Really nice patio dining experience in this new COVID normal. Food was quite good as usual, although the Buco Bites appetizer was quite lackluster. The pizza and pasta mains made up for it (thankfully) quite nicely. Service was efficient and COVID courteous.

Excellent service. Food choices - limited. Pizza good. Salads - great. Salmon - way too salty and overdone. A very enjoyable place close to home, but need a menu review/upgrade.

Disappointed

Our server Nick was amazing! The drinks were good. The pizza was outstanding.

Good family restaurant. Went there with my two young daughters and the servers were super helpful, the kids menus is great and the adult menu is good value. Overall pleasant experience.

A bit too loud. Food was adequate but the pasta was on the salty side.

Unfortunately they didn't seem to do anything special for our anniversary.

Restaurant food & Service was lackluster at best. Management seems to be lacking, insects flying around everywhere. Poor leadership clearly as not many people working there knew what they were doing..

Amazing food, everything is home made (bread, pizza dough, pasta, mozzarella). Very friendly waiters. Nice ambience and decor, also loved the patio!

Service was great! Meatball and pasta Pepperonata were both great .

Unfortunately we were disappointed with the bruschetta Fresca . As the name and description implies we were expecting fresh tomatoes full of fresh herbs and spices It was quite bland and the tomatoes were definitely not fresh.

Food was good, patio is large and lots of space just nothing special overall about the whole experience. We may be back at some point but there are lots of other patios to try before we need to come back.
