Togo offers a seasonal menu that is rich in both taste and design. Menu items include Nagasaki production puffer sauce rice miso soup, Yamatoimo pollack grilled cheese and Tobiko matsumaezuke onion shredded wasabi. Togo serves a changing menu to ensure that all ingredients are fresh. There is also an extensive wine list for customers to choose from.
Went to here for Christmas dinner. Really nice modern-kaiseki cuisine. The were serving a Christmas meal as well. The staff spoke limited English, so the Chef came out to explain each dish. The flavors were amazing and delicious and the view was nice as well. A really good experience - will come back again.
One of my favorites in Tokyo, and never disappoints. The course menus offer a variety of creative dishes using fresh local ingredients. Fusion-style and very tasty cuisine. Intimate venue, great service.
