Good gyoza and lots of variety. Nice and casual with easy ordering.
Smoking inside was the main negative otherwise food was great
Food was fine! Menu was in partial English (little glitchy but just use common sense) and the staff understood me as well!
Little bit of Japanese doesn’t hurt though!
Best gyoza I’ve had in Japan and very reasonably priced too! Just be sure to make reservations well in advance because this is a popular spot.
We had a wonderful time. Although we don’t speak the language, everyone was very welcoming. Ordering was a breeze. Food was amazing. Everyone was very courteous. Our table was waiting for us when we got there despite it being packed with local businessmen. Thank you for a wonderful, delicious dinner!
Great food, but make sure to make a reservation. OpenTable's reservation was NOT in the system when we arrived, though. Luckily there happened to be an available table, so we got lucky. I recommend trying all of the different types of gyoza, and sampling the various side dishes (some don't look great, but they're all delicious).
This restaurant is situated in the heart of vibrant Kabuki-cho and you might just pass by it as the entrance is small and not really visible.
Their specialty is Gyoza and the offer it in various forms such as boiled, fried and deep fried both with pork and vegetable filling. They have a tasting menu which is perfect if you're not familiar with Gyoza which is perfect for tourists. Most locals will order from the menu and choose what they like best. The place itself is a typical tiny japanese restaurant, smokey and loud but a lot of fun.
If you plan to go make a reservation with opentable as it's usually pretty busy. Our reservation was perfectly respected and we had a very nice table!
