   Excelente servicio, desde el mostrador de recepción hasta tu partida, inigualables platillos y ambiente en el lugar. Hacer reservación con tiempo, vale la pena.

   It was a bad experience, we asked for teppantaki and the cooker was a disaster burned few vegetables , not experience at all … Disappointing as it is the second time it happens to me at Shu Acapulco… Not recommended…

    1) Food is very good and good quality, 2) place is extremely overpriced specially drinks, to pay 19'000 mexican pesos for a bottle of mexican wine-the cheapest on the list- is just an exageration. 3) The arquitecture is great, but it is very loud. When we were there only three tepanyaki tables were occupied and nonetheless the cook could not hear us, and we could not hear him as well. Personnel does not speak English! the view from Tepanyaki tables is towards the garage of the shopping center! 4) We are glad we finally could get a table, as they always claim to be fully booked! however as I said before there were only 3 tepanyaki tables occupied; but for the same quality food and nicer ambiance and noise level we will keep going to Suntory in Costera Acapulco.

    La comida y el servicio fueron excelentes, el valet parking dejó mucho que desear, nos hizo ir nosotros mismos por el coche. Tuvieron un detalle muy bonito con nosotros llevándonos al final un postre con la nota: feliz aniversario. Muchas gracias!

    Restaurant was empty. $110 usd for a sushi roll, edamame, 7 nigiri and a dish of tepanyaki. The roll had a shrimp tempura that tasted like if it was fried in old cook oil. It was a bland meal overall, not worth $110 at all. Skip, there are many other options in this mall.

    Todo estuvo perfecto, como siempre. La única observación que tengo es que las sillas de bebé están muy sucias, dan asco, deberían de tener más cuidado con la presentación del mobiliario.

    Las porciones del yakimeshi no son las adecuadas cuando es un grupo grande pedimos 7 y solo alcanzo para servir 6 y a medias los tazones no estaban ni a la mitad no se qué criterio usen para las porciones pero me parece muy poco lo q sirven Sin embargo en otra mesa pidieron una orden ya preparada y el tazón se desbordaba No me parece congruente su forma de servir Muchas gracias
