Food and drinks were very tasty. Experience and view were nice during the sunset.

Our table was suppose to be for 2 hours although they accomodated us to stay until closed.

Would recommend for an eventful night out in the inner west

The food was ordinary and overpriced, except for the dips everything tasted the same, and $6 for a few pieces of pita bread, seriously!!!
The services was fabulous, polite, attentive without being annoying and helpful. The music was too loud, but maybe im just old.

Sadly, service is slow. One staff member in particular (female with glasses) seems to be having a bad day everyone I visit. She is rude and has no customer service skills what so ever. I mentioned to the manager on the evening who apologised for her rudeness. I was staying in house at the hotel. Which again didn't live up to its advertising. New Management have helped. If this staff member leaves let me know and I'll return.

The music was too loud! I think the food was quiet small for what its worth but the service was 10/10

We had a group on a Wednesday evening and the venue was outstanding - food, service and ambiance. Would recommend the Skyebar unconditionally. Thanks for looking after us and making it such a fun night. And the sunset was amazing!

Need more workers and food needs to be much nicer for what your paying and our food came out very cold and had to get take back and we also had to wait for a bottle of water for more than 1 hour! And when we were ordering alcohol Drinks we were told they’ve run out. How is that possible your a bar!

I was excited for a good night as I had wanted to go there for a long time and got probably the worst service I’ve received at a restaurant

I believe on weekend that the rooftop should be available from at least 1pm. Having it open from 4pm is not logical in the spring and summer months. Also making people pay $50 pp to book is not right.

A local treasure to enjoy a few drinks and some food. Be sure to book.

Loved the bar but was moved to another table (under the pretext to group 2 tables from the same party); ended up in an area that was colder and where we’d get hit by the rain from time to time.
Service was nice but I got really annoyed because the table I was at initially wasn’t used by the group...

The share platters were perfect for our group. Tasty and filling.

Nice place to watch the sunset over Western Sydney. Finger food overpriced.

Wish their was healthier food options and more table space

It was a beautiful place but the staff were very rude and didn't have any tact. When we pointed out that we only had one menu between 7 people, the waitress was very defensive instead of just saying "I'll grab some more menus". Also when our reservation was up waitress was very pushy and rude to get us to leave. It was a strange attitude from a bar in Burwood. Seemed very strange. Also no one was dancing, everyone was seated and talking, yet at one point they blasted the music very loudly which made it hard to hear one another. But all that aside is is a very physically beautiful bar and a really nice view for the location. Has a lot of potential- particularly if staff were nicer, not so wound up and pretentious. I think they were trying to create an air of exclusivity which is not appropriate for Burwood, or anywhere for that matter!

So overpriced for Burwood I will not be back

Service was horrible. They forgot about our table and took two hours to receive a bowl of chips. If you are going to pay this much for food you would expect it to come within the hour.

Music at the venue needs to improve.
The venue looked a little unprepared on the sides of the venue with furniture all over the place
Nothing really else really. We had an amazing time.

The food menu was small and full of deep fried food only. The chicken skewers were tiny bite size pieces and you only got 4.

We really enjoyed our visit. The food was great and served in a reasonable time. Drinks were quite well priced for the view. It was a cold night but the heaters the staff provided were prefect. Overall a great night.

Service was not great . The manager had forgotten our orders multiple times. The food was pricey as well. The bartender had to fix our orders a few times.

The cocktails are amazing.

The bar needs to address the service aspect and look at the food prices. Would recommend to try . Feel like it’s dependent on the night you go. I went on a Saturday.

Too much waiting around, long wait to go up to rooftop despite booking, long wait for drinks, not suitable seating arranged

Great ambiance and the staff are wonderful. The night we were there it was freezing and there wasn’t enough heaters, otherwise I have no complaints and have always had a good night there.

Extremely long wait time to be served for a bar that is based around a menu with predominantly beverages. Two staff making drinks very few waitresses around. Order messed up twice, many things charged to bill that were not received (very thankful that the manager had fixed up the bill for us)

We were given a table that was not undercover and it started to rain. There is no standing room so we’re we supposed to go home? All 8 of us. That would be a shame to loose business especially when we wanted to be there.
LUCKILY a table became available for us which we had to steal as the staff were not helpful in replacing our seats.

Sold out of lemonade, apple juice, don’t sell energy drinks. This made it annoying for us to drink what we like.

Drinks were also very weak, which meant we had to purchase double shots of everything. Would have been better in a short glass.

Overall the venue is beautiful but before I return something would need to change because I don’t want to wait 20 minutes each time to get a drink. Especially when you close at 12am I felt like our time was wasted.

Worst dining experience ever to this day. On our second cocktail for the night order a cheese platter not yet started on before being ask to move to another table as the reservation was for 90 mins. Nowhere on the reservation nor instructed on the night that this booking was for 90 minutes. Was disappointed to find out the location they moved us was in the smoking area on a make ship Ottoman with a tablecloth put over it. When you return from using the ladies room to find out the cocktails we had not yet started on along with the cheese platter was nowhere to be seen. The whole experience was even more insulting when the total bill was presented to us to pay for the humiliation. This establishment certainly has a lot of room for improvement please start with the staff and the communication.

Lovely view, good service and stunning venue. Only shortcomings are very overpriced for Burwood, and short staffed.
