Very professional and engaging staff. Had a delicious lunch with my wife. Both the host and bartender were wonderful!

The entire menu is so well executed with a very deft skill set..!!
Service was excellent...knowledgeable, attentive without hovering and so accommodating. Our server was outstanding...I don’t recall his name, but we were in on Sunday the 10th under Reilly @6:00 so maybe you can see who our server was...He deserves to hear our praise..
And the cherry on top is Holly...Cool, calm confidence..!! Like a Maestro, she conducts that room with efficiency and expedience, not only with direction but, with effort as well...a true pro...She’s a walking mission statement ...!!!
I am in the business, a Chef and it is our duty to propagate those who do it right...!!! ✌️❤️

Waiter was exceptional

Small batch was amazing! They were so accommodating of my larger party and did whatever they could to make it a great experience. This isn’t my first time going, and it definitely won’t be my last!

Drinks and food not worth the price. Had to return my dirty martini twice bc it was pure vodka. Food was nothing special. Burger was dry, chicken dish had way to much going on and the octopus had nothing to it. Really lacked flavor. Even the Mac and cheese .

Small Batch has become my favorite Long Island restaurant. It's an experience on par with the finest Manhattan restaurants. We have been here at least 10 times and you can count on a consistent quality experience. The only thing better than the food is the service.

I continue to be impressed by the quality and care that goes into this dining experience. My only flaw this visit was I didn’t get the bread I asked for. In grand scheme of things not important.

It was our youngest daughter’s 15th Bday and we couldn’t have picked a better place for brunch with a couple of the girls. The service at Small Batch is exceptional from the moment you arrive. As usual, the food was delicious with a beautiful presentation. I highly recommend Small Batch!

The seasonal menu makes every meal different from the last—unless you go as after as we do! We happen to love the offerings so much though, the menu never gets old. The drink/cocktail menu also never disappoints. While we have our favorites, we also have never regretted getting something different too. The food, drinks, and ambiance (which I find rather country-chic) is always perfected by our waiter’s, Mitchell’s, superb service. From his warm welcome, to remembering what we’ve tried and have yet to try, he executes service with perfection. He’s quick to check-in with us and with refills, but never in haste or a rush. He’s our absolute favorite, so be sure to ask for him.

Food was amazing. I went with my daughter after some Christmas shopping. It took us awhile to decide what to order because we really wanted everything on the menu. Went with the hot chicken sandwich, skirt steak and a side of Mac n cheese. Nothing disappointed. To quote my daughter “I want to tell the chef that he made my tummy so happy”. BTW she’s 21. Had the chocolate soufflé with bourbon ice cream for dessert. Also delicious. Can’t wait to go back.

Do not like the servers wanting us to order everything at once, hardly anyone in restaurant because of Covid and then they bring all appetizers at the same time even after promising it will be spaced out.

Great place for brunch, dinner and drinks. Staff is always friendly and food is always memorable. Will definitely recommend and return with friends to let them find this gem.

I had a reservation at 730, got there a little earlier, the host at the front desk was very nice and got us seated right away. We had a great table right in front of the kitchen and the restaurant has an open kitchen format which is something I like. The service was very good, our waiter was knowledgeable, he gave us some great food recommendations and we went with the steak. The drink menu is great, I went with the Garden City Negroni which a bit different from what I was used too but I liked it. The noise level was moderate, its a nice environment if you looking to go there on a date. A couple of things I’d like to point out, it’s a seasonal menu, which means they change it a few times a year and you have to order everything at once from your appetizers to your entrees, as it’s farm to table style and they want to bring out the food as soon as it’s ready. My only issue with that is how do you know if you are still going to hungry after you eat your appetizers and that steak or fish you ordered may be going home with you instead of you eating it there. We asked for the steak to be cooked medium rare and when it came out it was more on the rare side but still very good. Also for what you pay, the servings could be a little bigger in my opinion but it’s not a deal breaker. Overall my experience there was a good one, and I plan on going back.

Second time here, and it was a huge disappointment compared to the first time. Food was so so, and the service was terrible. The waiter got 3 things wrong and didn’t seem to get why we complained. I don’t think we will be returning here again after this second time!
