We feature Edmonton’s best house-smoked meats and signature sauces. Our brisket is made with AAA sterling silver beef. Everything is made fresh in-house. I like smoke and have had great experiences before but not this time. Ordered food had not shown up for 30 mins, asked waitress to check in, she didn’t come back for 20 after I could see her hanging around not doing much. Made a terrible excuse. 75 minutes for 2 beer and trying to get my waitress to do her job. Cancelled our order and got bills, not even one comp’d drink or sincere apology. Absolutely pathetic service

The burnt ends were fatty and lacked flavour. Disappointed that they weren’t actually crispy/burnt that you would normally see in bbq, it seemed like they were cooked in a slow cooker instead.

The burnt ends were very fatty and could not taste the coffee flavor, they came with all of 4 sesame seeds on all of them. Could only eat less than half the rest was too fatty. Salad was Ok, nothing special The beignets again were ok, but nothing special. The bacon wrapped dates, how on earth can they possibly be sooo small. The Bramble drink was very good.

Service was pleasant. The sides (we had coleslaw, baked beans, and mac & cheese) were delicious. The meat? Not so much as it's supposed to be the star. I question how the meat is smoked as the brisket had no smoke ring (still tasty, though) and the chicken meat was white. Smoked poultry has a pinkish tinge. Ordered dark chicken with dry rub. Was served white, dry AF. Told the server, and was brought dark meat slathered in sauce, straight from the refrigerator, I mean COLD, not room temp. Sent that back and was served the SAME piece only slightly warmer on the outside. The ladies room was horrendous, no toilet paper, one stall out of order, one doesn't lock, no paper towel, no hand dryer, just a filthy mess.

Great ambiance when we arrived, our wait staff was amazing. Food was a bit slow coming from the kitchen however it was worth the wait! We had several appetizers and the meals where superb. We had hoped for dessert however as the restaurant emptied for the Oilers watch party, our waitress also disappeared and the volume on the TVs became very loud. When she finally came back and we asked about our beignets, she said they would take 30 minutes and we couldn't even visit over the noise so we decided to leave. Overall a great experience and we will be back again!

Great looking and tasting food. Service was timely, friendly and helpful. Staff listened and took time to properly answer our questions. My brisket, beans and salad were delicious. For dessert we shared pecan pie and the lemon tart. All very tasty.

Food was excellent, the burnt ends were tasty but small portion for the price. The house hot sauce was very good especially the cherry one; had a dr.Pepper flavour. The best thing about this place was the service. The waitresses were absolutely amazing. It was a stag night and they kept up with our large table of guys.

Used open table to find a place we could reserve to eat before an Oilers game, turned out amazing. Food was so good, the sauces on the meats were super delicious, Friend's dad asked for some bread to soak up the left over juice cause he didn't want to waste any. Definitely recommend.

Food was amazing, especially burnt ends and ribs! And very good value for the amount of food we got… Our server was very friendly and helpful but service was very slow… it took about an hour after ordering to get our food. It was also very noisy and difficult to have a quiet conversation. All that said, now that we know what to expect, we would not hesitate to return again.

The food was delicious! The customer service and staff were amazing! They went above and beyond to make our evening great! Definitely going to go back! I would highly recommend the ribs with the habanero tequila sauce. The bacon wrapped figs were to die for! We ordered a plethora of sides and each one I could not get enough of! So delicious! Came here for my husbands birthday last Friday night and was very disappointed. Once we got there we waited 20 minutes for our drinks, then ordered food right away since we were starving. We waited 1 hour and 30 minutes for our food- once it hit 45 minutes we asked and she said it should be another 20 minutes because Uber eats is so busy. Shouldn't you take care of the guests that are in your building first? Finally we asked again and she said she'll get her manager- she never did. Our food finally arrived and it was okay but definitely not worth the wait. Once the bill came around after having a look they did not do anything. I will not be back and advise others to think twice before heading here.

We went before a hockey game, so our experience wasn’t the best. Probably due to the place being completely packed and not enough servers on. Service was super slow, it took us forever to get drinks. At one point we waited 20 minutes and when we asked about the drinks, the server seem annoyed and a little rude telling us they were coming. Food also took over an hour to get and some plates weren’t very hot.
