It was a quiet Monday night. We had a great street side booth upstairs. Food was delicious (Shepards pie, fish and chips, burger) with normal portions for a good price. Great ambiance. Will return!

Brought in a group for work, 10 people turned into 13, joining throughout. Nicole took it all in stride, great service. Food was good, reasonable prices. A bit loud, glad we sat upstairs. I'd recommend

Nice little Irish pub. The fries were exceptionally greasy which is stereotypical of Irish pub food but definitely did not sit well. The bathrooms are in the lobby of the attached hotel and were not that easy to find.

I had Guinness and shepherd’s pie. Both were really good. A bit expensive but recommended.

We were staying near by and wanted some pub food. Our reservation was honored on time. The wait staff was attentive and food was great and came as described. Biggest issue is noise level and music level. very noisy and loud and place was not even super busy. Problem is there is no sound absorbing surfaces to disaimpate noise and with music volume too high takes away ambience to enjoy meal.

I dined at Solas in the evening. I had the French Onion soup to start. It was delicious! I followed it up with the chicken curry…a very generous portion with a lot of chicken, coupled with almonds and raisins. My server was great…very friendly and personable! She was very attentive and paced the meal perfectly. I enjoyed my visit and I highly recommend Solas!

Drinks were awesome (Gin & Tonics) We have buffalo cauliflower and chicken sandwiches, both were delicious! Highly recommend! Super easy and enjoyable meal before our Fenway P!NK show!

Food was excellent and arrived quickly. Unfortunately the main courses arrived before we’d finished the appetisers. The waiter forgot our table water too. The house white wine wasn’t great either. Ambience was great and overall I would recommend it.

The food was amazing, better than I honestly would have thought. My husband is very picky and said the chicken tenders were the best he’s ever had (they are beer battered similar to fish n chips). A lot of the menu items had spicy ingredients, for example the Mac & cheese is made with a spicy cheese so my kids couldn’t eat it but they both found other options they were happy with. No kids menu, and the service was on the slow side, but it was still a great experience and I would recommend

Our experience was great!! Our waitress was AMAZING!!! Couldn’t have asked for a better dinner. Food was amazing and the drinks were great!! Good ambiance upstairs it was quiet and inviting. Our waitress was so polite and even gave me a piece of cake for my birthday—totally made my night!!

The steak salad was awesome and so was the butterscotch pudding. The shepard's pie was tasty and maybe a bit small for the price. The same for the fish and chips. The atmosphere was good. The waitress was great.

Food was excellent. Initially, it too a bit longer than expected for our server to come to our table, but once she was there, she was friendly, professional, and quick with our orders. I had the grilled chicken avocado BLT, and when it was first served to me I thought it was awfully small. What I didn’t realize is it was stuffed and it was so filing I couldn’t finish my fries (which I loved as well!) My friend had the fish & chips and she said the batter was amazing. Their cocktails were amazing. I had the rum punch, my friend had the blueberry lemonade and we were both sad that our schedule didn’t allow us the chance to have a 2nd drink each. The location is perfect for any activity you have in Back Bay. Would definitely go back again (and again).

Fried cauliflower with sweet and sour sauce was perfect size share for 4 and delicious. Chicken curry and falafel nanwich were great choices . Desserts were delicious as well.
