Fantastic food, and our server Dee was phenomenal!!

This was my third time dining there in a month.

Loved the greenhouse it was warm and comfortable the perfect spot to catch up with friends. The food was delicious and our server Quinn was warm and friendly. Can’t wait to return.

I reserved a dine in table for a birthday celebration, and my table was given away by the time I spoke with the hostess. I thought that it was extremely inconsiderate that my table was given away when I had reserved it. I had to dine outside in cold weather, which was very uncomfortable. I felt that I was given unfair treatment due to my ethnic background.

Second time in two days and it was just as good as the first!! Our waiter from the first night recognized us and sent us a complimentary appetizer!! Food and service are exceptional! The menu is is very appealing and diverse enough so we could eat at Somerset five days in a row without eating the same entree or appetizer!!

The lighted greenhouses and lobby of Viceroy were so cute! The food was okay, but disappointed the drink was 90% ice and 10% liquor but highly recommend the bacon, onion flatbread!

Took my wife to dinner to celebrate her birthday . The ambiance was perfect. The mushroom flatbread is a must. Delicious! The service was phenomenal. Very COVID compliant!

It was a rainy day and since I was at the restaurant only once before, for brunch in pre-Covid times, I didn't know what to expect from the outdoor seating area.

They had the last "greenhouse" available. Besides little heaters they have in each of the "igloos" they also provide 2 blankets which we happily tried on.

It was a great experience. the server was checking on us a good amount of time. The food was delightful, the hot drinks were a little small in portions but very enjoyable. The one thing that we wished was that the steak that we had came a little earlier so that it would be hot. :)

We were able to secure a last minute reservation on open table on New Years Eve. The outdoor ambiance was amazing with warm fires and sparkle. Our server was attentive and food was delicious. A perfect way to bring in the new year.

Greenhouse so lovely. Food and waitstaff delicious!! Eat faster than normal as it’s still a chilly night but worth it!

Where to start. Hotel itself is 5 stars. This restaurant attached to Viceroy is not 5 star. Service was very slow, food and drinks were not worth the price. Save your pennies and time and go around the corner to Blue Door Kitchen where we went the follow night and had a better experience.

Everything was lovely, but the greenhouse was cold without a heater. I love this place and will be back, but just sit outside near a heater.

Came for brunch and food and coffee/ tea was good along with attentive service. The only negative was that the weather was pretty cold and we could have done with a heater in our little greenhouse.

Great experience for holiday season, unfortunately due to current circumstances the service is very slow which took away from the enjoying the meal. Took 30 minutes to get our drinks, which came 10 minutes after our appetizer was sent. Our server was kind and doing his best but it was still disappointing given that we were not provided an overview or menu, wine, etc.

Food honestly was good-have been to this restaurant many times over the years with nothing but great service. Last time here our waiter avoided us and actively tried to not come to our table. Management was helpful but really terrible waiter experience

Went there for a birthday and anniversary celebration. It was our second time going to this restaurant ,but the previous time we were inside ,so it was a different story. This time was very underwhelming i have to say.
We sat down in one of the greenhouses they have. They were not heated at all. So even though you are inside that little house, you are still freezing. The food was good, but when everything gets cold in seconds, you can't really enjoy it. Eating a cold steak, it's not fun. I don't see the point of building greenhouses and not put a little heater inside.
Not worth paying that much money and end up eating cold food and not being able to enjoy.

Fun individual tent that was comfortable for the two of us and I was able to take off my heavy coat. Food was delicious, but eat fast and space the dishes out into a few courses because the food won't stay hot too long in the tent with frigid temperatures.

Each time I’ve been the waiters have been very helpful and polite! Love the options on the menu.

I had a great time at Somerset. They made eating outside because of the outdoor restrictions so comfortable. They provided blankets and tea to stay warm. The food was also amazing as always.

This is the perfect outdoor dining spot. Plenty of heat lamps & great blankets make it a comfortable place to dine outdoors.

We sat outside amongst the heaters in sub-40 degree temperatures and had a fabulous lunch! Our server was so fun and knowledgable, and our food was amazing!
