Sorsi e Morsi
We went out for our nonno’s birthday and had a wonderful time! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. We will be back for sure!
With Vince you simply cannot go wrong. He is so very attentive and passionate!
Overall, a great experience - we will be back. It was a busy evening with no empty tables and we ended up feeling a little forgotten for a while, but service was good once we were noticed. The chicken parm special was excellent with flavours I haven’t experienced before.
We have started making this little gem our "go to" place for great Italian dishes that come with a friendly smile. Say hello to Vince, the owner, and your meal will be outstanding. The seafood risotto is one of the best I have had.
Even though a little noisy, " Sorsi e Morsi " is a nice place to dine and to stay with family and friends.
The food is testy and well cooked. The owner and the service girls are very kind and pleasant to talk with.
Definitely I will advise friends to come for informal diners.
Servers were incredibly helpful and polite, especially the gentleman with the beard. Top notch service
Love everything about this restaurant. It’s one of our go tos. The family that owns it and all their staff are wonderful.
Very good Italian food! And great service! 2 Nd time coming and will Go again
Please redo your menu. Nothing is more unappetizing than a dirty menu. Food and service was good.
Fantastic food and excellent service. Vince was masterful at making us feel welcome. Did I mention the food was excellent. My new "go to" Italian restaurant in the GTA.
EXCELLENT!!!, as always!!!
Simply delicious...from the homemade pasta, the fish, wine selection, to the service. Our table of eight loved everything about our meal. When you request extra bread to sop up the scrumptious sauce and unashamedly return your plate clean as a whistle, you know you've been at a great restaurant!
Fantastic staff. Very friendly, polite and attentive. Food was awesome all around especially the risotto with shrimp & scallops!
Absolutely wonderful restaurant. Delicious food, fantastic owners and staff and a lovely welcoming feeling.
Fantastic food! People working here really appreciate and value their customers! Strongly recommend!!!
With a vibe of a good and upscale local establishment that is frequented by many (and we may well join those ranks)., we had high hopes for our evening. ... and we were not disappointed. Food and service were both above par. Look forward to our next visit.
Food and services are great! Decor could be more elegant
Food was very good as usual.
Staff was very cordial and friendly....as usual.
If it was a ‘Bring Your Own Wine” spot, that would be even BETTER!
Best service I’ve ever received. Food was absolutely fantastic!
Loved it! Food was amazing and I will definitely go again
Delicious food , excellent service and friendly atmosphere.
Good food. Excellent service. Affordable.
I found this place on OpenTable a few months ago. First visit was just outstanding!! Lobster Mac and cheese was just phenomenal!! The risotto is simply the best.
We went again last night and another home run! So if you are ever in Etobicoke and looking for a very nice meal don’t go to one of the chains around there. For 20 dollars more you can have an experience and simply excellent food and service that you won’t believe.
The food was delicious! The service was excellent!
We had trouble deciding on our meals, and we got lots of great info, descriptions and info about the dishes to help us decide. Staff was VERY patient and helpful with our questions. Wine list and menu choices were excellent. Even the bread was warm and delicious! The risotto with butternut squash and sausage was to die for. We only wish we had the room for dessert and coffee as they looked amazing! We will definitely be taking a trip back soon!
Great food and great service, thanks Rooco.
Etobicoke is fortunate to have such a good restaurant – delicious food and lovely atmosphere.
This is just a wonderful restaurant. Everyone is attentive and focused on providing an excellent experience. The food is delicious. You can’t get a better option.
Amazing food, phenomenal service. We celebrated a special occasion and were treated like royalty. We will absolutely come back every time we are in the GTA.
Always perfect experience and wonderful food!
Our favourite local spot! Always willing to accommodate the locals!
Excellent food and cozy environment. Friendly services. Highly recommend.
I was looking for a restaurant to celebrate my husband's birthday and came across Sorsi e Morsi and thought we would try it out. We loved it! And we will definitely be back many times!
We frequented this location under the previous two restaurant names and Sorsi e Morsi is our favourite. The food is always good and the staff is always very friendly and helpful. We love sitting on the quiet patio at the back on a warm summer night or inside during the winter where it’s always cozy and smells great!
Food is great and service is always wonderful
We had a very nice dinner.
My cornish hen was very good ,but a bit too salty for me.
I would recommend less salt and add extra should anyone needs it.
The calamari appetizer was good but the skin on the squid needs to be taken off.
It was a bit chewy. But the tentacles were tender.
The decor is tired and doesn’t match the menu. We called ahead for a birthday and was forgotten when it came to the preordered dessert. The food is delicious but the place needs a more current vibe .
Service was terrific and food was delicious. The location was perfect to provide patrons with the option of taking public transit. Parking was available behind on site, but why bother driving and deny yourself the pleasure of an alcoholic beverage or two?
In terms of tables, all were nicely arranged with sufficient 'room' to enable private discussions. Ambience was perfect!
A pleasant dining experience with a decent variety of menu options for a discriminating palate.
It's was my husband birthday over the weekend. Since we live so close to the restaurant I thought why dont we try this place. I have not good to say about the restaurant ..the staff were extremely nice . Its a nice cozy restaurant. The food was amazing I would recommend this restaurant to friends and family who lives in the West end in Etobicoke
We were lucky enough to be there this past Saturday when fresh Burrata was on the menu followed by their daily special of seared scallops on a butternut squash purée with butternut squash ravioli. I am a major foodie and I can say it was in my top 3 meals in years (and I just got back from a 3-country’ European cruise!) Cooked to perfection with a combination of sweet and savoury that had us both relishing every bite. Spectacular!
