   We’ve stayed at the SPK 14 times since 2002. We certainly miss its lavish breakfast and dinner buffets. But the food and service at the Splash Bar were splendid. We chose to dine there on Tuesday because of the entertainment. We miss the Hawaiian music and hula dancers daily on the poolside stage. There is still an acoustic performer in the bar every evening. On Tuesdays it’s Dave Watanabe, who is probably the best resort musician I’ve seen in Hawaii. He is versatile, creative and has an extraordinary playlist. We first saw him five years ago this week, and I can say we’ve become fans and friends since then.

   Quality customer service no matter???Awesome🤩my server Michelle was awesome.. I prefer the splash bar for the convenience my hotel service maid service so good. Friendly supportive knowledgeable.

   We sat down at a table, waitress looked at us. Waited nearly 10 minutes for another server to take our orders. In the meantime, my son had to search for a menu. We ordered, drinks came out, food came out. Not offered another drink.

   Arrived at 5:20 for our 5:30 booking , restaurant was not open so we had a cocktail from the bar why we waited , I have never paid over $40 usd for 2 cocktails before - that’s $57nzd for 2 drinks. We ordered our food , food was very average , husband had fish tacos and the fish was very dry. I had a pulled pork burger - tasteless. Eaten here a few years ago and had beautiful food , it’s certainly changed and no where near as good and increased prices ( which I get because of covid)

   Pleasantly surprised! The prime rib was cooked to perfection! The crab legs were yummy!! The dessert was fantastic! Will go back for New Year’s dinner!

   Food was cold and even though we had reservations, it took us over 15 minutes to get our table and over 45 to receive our salads, then over an hour to receive our main course. Other than this, everything was ok.

   We came for Christmas dinner and had delicious prime rib! We all agreed it was one of the best prime ribs we ever had. It was perfectly cooked and so flavorful and tender. Service was warm, attentive and friendly. The entire staff from hostess to servers was wonderful. The yule log cake was also so yummy. I'm so happy we came to Splash Bar!

    This restaurant is a bar within a Marriott hotel. It wasn’t bad at all and it was really nice sitting outside eating and listening to the live band.

    Lovely relaxed atmosphere, friendly and attentive staff, but the food was unfortunately not nice. My husband had burger patties in rich gravy which is already a weird food combination but was very rich. I ordered the nachos. The meat tasted like cooked tuna and the cheese was a weird yellow fake substance. Not how nachos are supposed to be cooked. It should be real cheese.

    I would skip this one. The food is not good. For example the nachos had bright orange cheese sauce (like the kind they use at a movie theatre - from a bag). The best part was the fun drinks served in a pineapple. The kids in our group got a big kick out of that. There was live music and a hula dancer which were also nice. However it’s basically the hotel pool bar. We had a reservation which was totally superfluous because we didn’t need one and we stood around looking foolish waiting for someone to seat us when we could’ve just sat ourselves. Food was expensive for not much flavor or quality. There are much better options nearby. Go get a pineapple drink and then move on.

    My friends & I had a great time at Splash Bar. The staff members were very friendly & kind. Service was fast & everything tasted good! Definitely recommend for special occasions as well as casual dining or drinks!
