They cancelled our reservation 30 minutes before!
We have 3 reservations two days in a row and they canceled them without telling us and we got there and couldn’t get in for over an hour. There was no compensation or even apology for their inconvenience towards our weekend.
I loved State Street Brats! The food was great and they followed strict social distancing policies to make everyone feel comfortable!

Server was not attentive and had to flag him down multiple times. Did not have silverware for 10 minutes after food arrived.

Great traditional Wisconsin bar, great beer selection on tap as well as canned beers and seltzer’s
Food was amazing for bar food! Cheese curd burger was bomb! Waffle fries were crispy and well cooked
We enjoyed the patio for happy hour and stayed through dinner, great spot for any casual date!
The service at State Street Brats is awful. We made a reservation with them through OpenTable to have a dinner with my family before the day of my wedding, on 9/11/20. They were inexplicably closed, with no sign and no way to get in touch with anyone. This was infuriating because I had several family members from out of town (Louisiana, Georgia, and Arkansas!) and all they wanted was a nice meal together, something very rare for my family. Were they planning on being closed on 9/11? Was anyone going to call us to tell us that the restaurant was closed? I will never return and will turn away everyone I know.
