Chicken Francese was fantastic. My friends got Bolognese- they said awesome. Huge portions. Fresh bread served. Beautiful decor.
Amanda served us very well. We enjoyed Nancy’s cocktails as well. Twas an enjoyable dinner!
Mixed drinks here are way too expensive. They charge an extra $3 for a salted rim on a margarita. Beer menu is very limited.
The entire staff upon arrival was attentive and friendly, on a busy Saturday night on Valentines Day weekend. We were checked on by management both at the bar and during our meal to ensure everything was to our satisfaction.
The food was quite enjoyable. We both ordered the Frutti Di Mare and the seafood was fresh and well prepared. The hand made pasta was delicious.
Overall, Stella Osteria is a very nice restaurant to consider for date night or any occasion for that matter.
Great atmosphere and the food was terrific. Cozy place. I will totally recommend!
Tried this restaurant for Valentines dinner with my husband. Ambience was great, food was great, service was a little slow but that was to be expected on such a busy night. Hubby was a little disappointed that they ran out of their special valentines salad- but again to be expected on a busy night. Will definitely be back but maybe try it on a regular night instead of a holiday.
The restaurant was excellent, great staff, great wine, food was delicious. This was our first experience at Stella Osteria and we will return. Hostess and waitress were so nice.
Good meal locally. Owner greeted us as our first meal there
Valentine day ❤️
WAYYYYYYY TOO BRIGHT! Dim those lights for dinner! Also gotta get some beers on tap.
Wanda our server was wonderful. The bread was subpar for such an eatery. The salad was sadly put together and not satisfying. The veal saltimbocca was very tasty. The homemade spaghetti was soft and tasteless ... and they charge you extra for it as a side ($3) and we were never informed of this. Just a disappointment unfortunately;(
Nice place to hang out with friends and family; great service and good comfort food.
Nice atmosphere, good menu, good flavors, but...
we had to ask for bread when our server brought the appetizer because we didn't get one
a couple of our entrees weren't exactly as described (missing pancetta in one and scallops in another)
they ran out of the popular desserts, so none for us (6:30pm reservation on a Saturday)
Flavors were good though overall. So still happy with our entrees despite them being a bit "incomplete" Homemade pasta is always a plus, although not quite as tender as I would have hoped.
Enough promise that I would still try it again.
We sat at the bar and Nancy, the bartender was helpful and happy
Had a great meal combined with outstanding service. Can't wait to go back
Reserved 2 bar seats on Saturday night. Seated immediately. Bartender took our drink orders, then proceeded to ignore us the rest of the evening. We had to flag her or the bar back down to put in our food order and then to get another round of drinks. Bar was 3/4 occupied and restaurant was about the same. My dinner arrived on top of pasta after I asked for veggies instead of pasta. The kitchen's explanation was that they ran out of veggies. The food was good, but good doesn't cut it when the bartender ignores you completely.
We had an awesome friend group dinner at Stella's on Saturday evening. We had amazing food and beverages. We love Stella's and will definitely be back!
We went on New Year's Eve and had the last seating of the night. We arrived early and waited at the bar. They did not seat us on time but I would have been surprised if they had - it's a holiday. I appreciate that they were not shooing people out the door at the end of their meals.
All the staff members are very friendly and there to please. The floor manager heard me say allergy and kicked into mama-bear mode to make sure that I stayed safe (we are regulars and they had an special occasion protein on their menu to which I am extremely intolerant.) Sometimes when I bring up my allergy at other places, I get a look of annoyance. Other times, I get a server that looks confused on what their next step should be. At Stella, I could tell that she knew how to handle it and she was filing the information away for the next time that we eat there.
Stella Osteria is nice local restaurant. Often, chain restaurants have an assembly line feel to the service. Stella has a much more personal feel to it. The flip side of that coin is that sometimes there is a longer wait for a drink or for the move from appetizer to entree. So go when you are not in a rush. Go when you want enjoy your food. And if you fill up before dessert, order the tiramisu to-go - you will not regret it.
It was New Years Eve so it was obviously busy. We had made a reservation well in advance so I was disappointed to be seated near the kitchen. They were out of several of the specials so my wife had to order from the regular menu.
Our server, Brett, was very attentive and had a good knowledge of the menu and ingredients - which was helpful because of food allergies.
The entrees were delicious. The duck was cooked perfectly, which is not easy to do. The shrimp and scallops even better than expected. Will definitely return.
The wait for the main course was 2 hours. Clearly something out of sync with the waiter? Back of house? Both?
The fact that the manager comped our meal did not alter the fact that we had a rather consuming time experience.
Will consider giving it a 2nd shot on a less trying evening.
We have always had amazing service and the food is exceptional! Every time we go there is a friendly and warm welcome from staff. Attention to detail is number one on our list! The manager and owners are present and are always interacting with customers. This is a go to for my husband and I. We just love Stella!
Great service and delicious food.
Beautiful meal for my daughter’s 23rd birthday.
First visit to Stella Osteria and we were not disappointed. We were sat promptly. It took a little while for our waitress to come by our table, but eventually she arrived to offer water and to take drink orders. Fairly long wait to take the food order. Not sure if our waitress was too busy or just a little slow. We were not necessarily in a hurry, so we were not terribly annoyed. I could see if we were on a schedule, the leisurely pace of dinner would have been a problem. Cocktails and wine were fine, albeit, for an Italian restaurant, the Italian selections were limited. The food was excellent. Appetizers were tasty and right-sized to share with the table. Entree servings were huge and the food, again was excellent. Strong, appropriate flavors - piping hot. Homemade pastas were very nice. Everyone had to take a doggy bag. Too full for many to have dessert, but the mini-cannolis were ordered an shared. The filling was a wee bit bland with too much lemon zest and not quite enough sugar. As a result, the taste was tart with our much bottom. The shells were crisp and fresh. Overall, we were happy with the meal and the experience. We will definitely return. One note - No AMEX cards, so make sure you have cash, MC and Visa... Ciao!
Nice place good food. I met the owners and they’re working hard to put out great food at fair prices. We will be back
We love the food, staff, and atmosphere at Stella's. Stella's and Table at 10 are two of our favorite restaurants. We highly recommend both!
2nd time at Restaurant...food wasn't as good!
It’s a little loud in the dining room, but other than that everything was great.
Initially I was concerned over the lack of parking but they made up for it! The seating layout was good and they reserved a nice table by the window for us. The waiter was attentive, sometimes too much so but it wasn't a big deal. I had the chicken broccoli Alfredo which was delicious!
Great food and very nice ambiance. We are definitely going back again.
We had a reservation for four at 6:30 on Saturday night this was our second time at the restaurant. The first time we were there at 5 when you opened; perhaps that was difference with the food. The server was a timid and not assertive in offering information, we had to ask for bread and water. My dinner was the chicken caprese', I was expecting a cutlet style piece of chicken with mozzarella and tomato. What I got was (what tasted like) a boiled piece of boneless chicken breast with a couple of sear marks, a lot and I mean a LOT of mozzarella, tomato and balsamic glaze. The portion of chicken was small and the cheese was large almost as if they were hiding the chicken under the cheese. The parmesan risotto was gummy. WE are willing to give the brunch a try and will then decide if we will go back.
We've come back twice now and we'll be back again. The noise level is a bit high, reducing the overall ambiance experience slightly, but other than that it's a great experience and the food is great. I'd recommend it. Street parking only, so give yourself time to find a spot.
Food was delicious. Servers were friendly and efficient. It was a bit noisy but not to a point that I wouldn’t return.
Our meals lacked flavor and seasoning. Service was good, but the food was very disappointing.
Food was delicious! It was our friends birthday so her meal was free! Place has a very pretty interior.
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! Food is amazing and the service is one of kind.
I always enjoy my meal and the company and this last visit included entertainment. What could be better?
Have been here a few times and it never disappoints. Food is excellent!!!!
Good food , friendly staff, good service; great entertainment. Clean and modern
I love their food, and fairly priced. but waitress extremely slow and inattentive. Also they only have bud light, no Bud , this suprised me.
