Stella's Southern Brasserie - Greenville

Every time I eat here, the food is just amazing! Service too is always great.

We really enjoyed their Restaurant Week menu sitting on their outside patio. Our server Chris was over the top taking care of us. Stellas rarely disappoints.

Stella's is our go to favorite. Never had I had a bad meal there and recommend it all the time! I look forward to days without masks, but the service and food are impeccable :)

Had Sunday brunch with 3 family members and it was really good. The food was very tasty (highlights: cinnamon rolls, spicy Bloody Mary, shrimp and grits, scrambled eggs, biscuits, good coffee). The service was OUTSTANDING despite a busy, mostly full restaurant. Ambience was relaxed, attractively appointed bistro. We'd definitely consider a return visit.

We had an amazing New Year’s Eve dinner at Stella’s! Everything was great- the food, the service and the wine!

Absolutely wonderful!! Had the chicken biscuit and it was huge!! Loved every bite!!

The biscuits were dry and cold which is rare. Most importantly it was the first time where I saw annoyance from a server for small things like a coffee refill or salt and pepper. Stellas is not a cheap place. Service should not be cheap. A server at a different table was more helpful to us.

The food was very tasty the plates looked great. We really enjoyed our time there and the service was outstanding. We will be back for sure!

While we love Stella’s and understand that COVID restrictions have lightened in SC, the tables were WAY too close together and had hostess was seating people on top of each other.

Pork chop, eaten by 3 of 5 customers, were dry and tasteless. Brussell sprouts were rocks.
My daughter had to cover herself up to avoid being cold because the outside door was open to serve tables outside.
Tonight was a total disaster! Not what wew ste used to at Stella and considering the prices we paid!

We went there for my daughters graduation and they were wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We definitely will have to come again.

My husband and I wanted to try a restaurant we had not been to before for date night and ended up on Open Table at the last minute and stumbled upon Stella’s due to availability for a reservation nearby and soon. Food was delicious, serving sizes were perfect. The only issue was that as we ordered dessert I also ordered a cappuccino but did not receive it - we weren’t charged for it so we let it go. Overall, it was nice experience.

By far one of the best brunches in Greenville. They had an oyster scramble special today and it was delicious. They have best bloody Mary’s and our repeat server (Jake?) is always so pleasant and accommodative of our children by bringing their food out first. Stella’s is a favorite in our house.💚

Our last visit was not as good as previous brunches.
We started with the assorted pastries which were frozen in the center. Coffee was extremely bitter, so it’s good we only got one cup. Everything else was good.

The food here is top notch; I'd categorize it as a 'foodie' destination. While not sparse, the room is simple and straight foward.

The staff is excellent, knowledgeable about the dishes and options. An excellent dining experience.

Exceptional trout and chicken dishes. Nice selection of beer. Ample space for indoor or outdoor dining.

Tara was our server and she was fantastic! The carrot ginger soup was incredible. Will definitely be back.

Stella's was a great choice to celebrate my daughter's graduation from Clemson. Went for brunch. Food was delicious. Interesting menu. Service was excellent. We really enjoyed it.

You can’t beat their hamburger of all things. The bacon jam and pimento cheese make it a treat that is difficult to imitate. The service and the ambiance make it feel like a neighborhood secret. It is so relaxed and friendly. Love it.

This place was amazing. Our server was fantastic. The male host was so accommodating and friendly. Thank you for the best birthday brunch ever. The only criticism I have is that my eggs Florentine did not come with a side or a piece of fruit. My daughters stated we need to make this an everySunday tradition and I certainly agree.

Chris is the best! The food is amazing and you can tell its local, and full of those home grown flavors. They have a dog friendly patio too!

Treating Furman student son to dinner out

What a delightful restaurant and in a lovely location outside the downtown area. Great food, excellent and friendly service. I’ll drive in from Atlanta again to dine here!

Got the recommendation from Open Table. An enjoyable meal, starting with a signature cocktail called the Name Changer (or something like that)-- delicious! I had one of the daily specials--grilled swordfish. The fish was delicious and perfectly cooked. I can't rave about the go-withs: some strange grilled vegetables and a bland green sauce over everything. I much preferred pairing my swordfish with the nice aioli that was served with my husband's steak frites. Steak was nicely done. Attentive service. A nice evening out.

A friend and I had lunch at Stella's the other day. It was a great day to sit on the patio. We both ordered BLTs and side salads and both we quite good. A glass of wine and it was a very nice lunch. Service was good.

In today's environment, the health & safety of the employees and customers should be upmost importance for all quality restaurants. That did not seem the case for our recent dinner here. From strictly a food quality and service perspective, I would give Stella's an Outstanding on food flavor & quality (the trout was Excellent) and Excellent on service. Where the restaurant came away disappointing is on how they choose to handle seating to maximize table spacing. Two weeks prior to our dinner, table spacing rules were lifted in SC. Not surprisingly that change didn't seem to cause any changes to the better quality and customer centric restaurants in Greenville. At least on this Saturday evening, Stella's chose to place as many tables in the Dining room as pre-covid and then seat people entirely at one end of the restaurant while leaving the remainder of the dining room empty! There seemed to be no effort made to spread parties around the room. I would not even bring this issue up had the restaurant become full but it never got more than 40% full.

Food is always consistently great here. Service is quick and friendly. Highly recommended.
