   I had booked an indoor table at Sticks’n’Sushi, but when we arrived, we were told only outdoor seating was available. This was frustrating, especially since we had made a reservation expecting to be seated indoors. The menu was also very misleading. We ordered a menu that we believed cost 365 DKK in total, as there was no indication that the price was per person, and the photo showed a menu meant for two people. While the correct price is listed on their website, that’s not something you typically check when the menu is right in front of you. I found this to be dishonest and confusing. Had I known the real price, I would never have chosen that menu. On top of that, the food was not impressive at all considering the high price. Overall, a disappointing experience that didn’t live up to expectations.

   Great food but slow service at the door and bar. Really slow and not very customer oriented. The lady at the table compensated well with great service and a smile.

   Forgot our sticks - but served afterwards them without any charge. The food was excellent- service a bit inexperienced- but all in all it was good.

   I had a gift ard at 275. My food was 194. They said I should Pay 113 kr. Another waitor camw along and said the same, that I owed Them 113 and there where only 81 kr left on the gift ard. I did t understand, becouse I had not used the amont at All. The manager was Calles and after a while, he camw back and said that They owed me 81 kr. He said They was Pais on the gift ard, but I never received and exuse or anything. I felt overwhelmed and angry and dissapointed. They made a mistanke and I strongly was wronged. Thats not okey

   Jeg er kommet mange gange på sticks og har været tilfreds hvert gang! DOG synes jeg vi denne gang ventede længe på alle vores serveringer og vi blev dsv ikke mætte af positionerne… Dog var tjeneren super sød og vi fik bobler+dessert på huset fordi Sticks “havde fødselsdag”. Så super ærgerligt at vente pænt længe på maden og ikke blive helt mætte trods lækker mad og sødt personale:(

   Really nice service. Food tasted great, but many sushi rolls fell apart, which is annoying. Too loosely rolled. And this often happens at your Rungsted restaurant. You should send the sushi chefs to you own restaurant at Tivoli Gardens to learn from them - at that place it is always so nice and tightly rolled - a much better experience. And this should be easy for you to fix as a restaurant… but it hasn’t been fixed yet.

   The sweetest waiter, she had been there for three months. But she was really empathetic and nice. My daughter had her birthday and she was so observant and so nice idea with a birthday card. We loved visiting sticks in Ringsted
