Always good food here and such a comfortable environment. We love this place and keep coming back. Menu has something for everyone.

We had brunch twice in three days as we enjoyed it so much. The coffee was delicious! I highly recommend the avocado toast and my husband enjoyed the crab cakes Benny! Great service! We will be back!

Excellent food, service and venue. Only complaint was a table of six louts.. loud and shouting across table all evening, obviously liquored up before they came. Destroyed an otherwise lovely dining experience. Loud patrons need to be spoken to by the management and asked to modulate their voices or go to the bar. This is becoming a very common issue now in fine dining venues and affecting our desire to continue spending /wasting our money in an endurance experience.

We celebrated an anniversary milestone with a Sunday evening reservation at the Sterling Grill (lounge) and it was an awesome dining experience. A personable and professional server made us feel very special and appreciated for having chosen the Sterling. A food sensitivity was handled without any difficulty and we were guided in our menu choices by our server and his feedback from the chef. A lovely meal from starters to dessert The Sterling Grill should be top of mind for casual and fine dining in Canmore's culinary scene!

Celebrating our 30th anniversary durinG COVID didn’t allow for a whole lot if choices for a romantic fancy dinner. However Stirling Grill did not disappoint! We both had the steak sandwich and it truly was the best steak sandwich we ever had! We had the chocolate cake and panna cotta for dessert - also stellar!

Loved the view, and enjoyed the service, but the food quality and flavours were wanting. Some dishes were too salty, others were bland. Seafood appies were a mistake - miniscule meat for the price.

Absolutely loved the venue and the beautiful view! Food was also great! Highly recommend and will be back to stay at the Malcom. Hidden Gem!

The food was so tasty. We had the fish and chips and a Legendary Burger. A cold beer each and shared the chocolate cake for dessert. Great service too!

Amazing place! We came here for steak, but the burgers were the choice, and where they ever perfect! My son (10yrs old), enjoyed his kid burger with fries. Must visit place!

Always a good time !

This restaurant was not following COVID protocols. Poor Physical distancing, no crowd control, mask wearing was inconsistent and not appropriate. Some staff didn’t have a mask, one staff had a mask on under her nose, one staff member took her mask off to talk to customers. One staff member told us that she only gets one disposable mask per shift.

Beautiful patio and great umbrellas to provide sufficient sun coverage. Overlooks then creek. Tables placed far apart enough to feel safe.

We had a reservation inside but it was a beautiful night so they managed to get us a spot on the patio. then a really nice table for two became available so the manager moved us. Beautiful patio and views, lovely staff - a really wonderful night will definitely go back again

Didn't know there was a patio or would have requested a table there, and was told we absolutely could not sit out there as they only allow 5 tables on the patio to be reserved. not told we could even wait for a table on patio. Dark inside and didn't like the ambience. Food was okay, but could have been hotter. Steak sandwich was served sliced which was weird. But tasty. Service was pretty good although we waited about 15 mins to be served at first. There was hardly anyone else inside at that time.

Wonderful night at Stirling Grill. Their patio has some of the best views in town (and that's saying something because all the patios in Canmore have awesome mountain views). Dining during COVID is definitely a bit different, but the staff were so friendly and it all felt very safe, appropriately distanced but still relaxing. We tried a couple different burgers, the steak bites app, cider, wine and a dessert. Great food.

Great little pub in a magnificent Hotel by Clique! Fairmont trained Chef who does excellent elevated food from burgers to steaks to a fantastic plate of fish and chips!
