   Food was amazing. Dessert was absolutely delicious. Victoria was our waitress and she was friendly, awesome and attentive. Drinks were good. We celebrated our anniversary.

   We usually have a great meal here. But the pasta was so over cooked and mushy. And our meals took a very long time to come out. And they were cold. So we were disappointed in our dining experience last night. It was one of our favorite restaurants

   We were in town for a conference and enjoyed the meal. The waitress was friendly and helpful when it came to providing tastes for dishes we asking about. She also shared a brochure about the history of Cincinnati when we asked her questions about the city. The three of us had three different meals and they were all delicious!

   My friends and I had a very nice time at Subito. We enjoyed the calamari appetizer, the sangria, a Margherita pizza and two of the pasta dishes. The space is very nice. There was a piano player who was good, but too loud. I am always a bit disheartened by Italian restaurants where the staff don’t know how to pronounce the dishes or even the name of the restaurant properly.

   Food and atmosphere was great, but the real star was our server Kia. She was so professional but personable and stayed on top of our needs. Her menu recommendations were excellent. Genuinely helpful service is so rare that it really stands out. Dishes were imaginative, fresh and well prepared.

    We went to Subito to celebrate a special achievement. Not only was the food amazing, but our server Gina and all the employees showed us a generosity of spirit and joy that set the tone for the entire night. Our tastebuds were delighted, our souls were nurtured and fed. We will be back.

    Wonderful experience! Excellent service and food. Rooftop bar is a must visit! Live entertainment, especially on a Wednesday night, was such a treat. Will definitely come back.

    Perfect nice place to catch up with my girlfriend from No Ky. Seated us on the patio where we could see the out door fire pit and the sunset over the city. Kia our server suggested the Brussels sprouts, carrot salad and chicken Saltimbuco. All the Dishes were very good and the service outstanding. Will go back for sure! Valet parking is also very convenient .

    The food was delicious and our server Dot was wonderful! The shrimp and crab ravioli was the standout dish. we were also given champagne and chocolate covered strawberries because we were celebrating a birthday. The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and trendy, a great place for pictures. Their cocktail menus was also great. We will be back to have drinks at the bar for date night in the future! We stayed at the hotel and had breakfast the next morning which was also delicious. Large portions on breakfast and our server Joy was very friendly. Very happy with our experience!

    Had a very nice relaxing meal. We were seated in the patio area and if I had realized where we were going to be, I would have requested inside. The seating was okay, but the chairs weren’t very comfortable and the air didn’t circulate very well. They are undergoing renovations outside so we had a view of construction. But it is a beautiful hotel and the food was good. If you get a chance, catch the view from the rooftop bar. The service was good as well.

    I came here for Valentines Day and it was absolutely wonderful. Despite having a later reservation, Gina took care of us like we were her first table of the night. She was splendid and really knew how to create and unforgettable dining experience. Her and the bartender also helped to curate a special cocktail for me (a paloma with a twist) and it was the best version of a paloma I’ve had to date. The food was excellent. The bread was fresh and the garlic dip was divine. I had the cacio a pepe and my partner had the lamb. Both were portioned appropriately so we left full but not stuffed, which I appreciated. Again, I cannot overstate how incredible of a server Gina was. I’d come back just to sit in her section. The food was great but she was the real star.

    The food at Subito is good, quite good. The ambience is calm and the pianist in the background was a lovely addition. The Manhattan is excellent but most impressive was the staff. Every member of the staff at every point made such a wonderful impression. Ultimately, our server Gina will be the reason we come back. The concierge Grant was wonderful, as well.

    Everyone and everything was amazing!!!! Ryan offered excellent recommendations from the menu and displayed exceptional customer service!!! Jason was a huge help as well. He encouraged our dinner party to visit the rooftop bar. Not only did we have a great dining experience, we were able to enjoy a beautiful view of the city while enjoying cocktails and music!!! Thank you to the entire staff!!! I have enjoyed dining at Subito several times. However, this was the first time I treated these friends to this spot. Let's just say it won't be their last visit!!! Food, entertainment, drinks, staff, valet, etc.... worthy of more than five stars!!! Keep up the great service!!! Exceeded my expectations!!!
