    Espectacular todo. Desde la calidad y presentación de los platos hasta el servicio de los meseros, todo estuvo muy bien. Altamente recomendado cuando visiten la ciudad de Guatemala.

    This has to be by far the best restaurant in Guatemala. I have been to many Michelin star restaurants and Sublime is definitely Michelin quality. The food was incredibly delicious and well presented, the choice of flavors using traditional Guatemalan dishes and transforming them to the next level while retaining the essence of the dish is very rewarding. The chef and his staff were outstanding, chef Diaz came to our table to explain his method, Tulio our waiter was super professional as well as his assistant, the maitre’d always checked on us and made sure everyone was enjoying not only the food and experience. Sublime is above and beyond.

    What an amazing restaurant! Definitely, one of the best dining experiences we've ever had. The ambiance, the outstanding service, the volume of the music, the furniture and of course, the food... everything set to make it a memorable experience. Ohh the food. Starting with the complimentary apetizer, the first try of it let us know we were in for a treat. We were a group of 4, and we decided not to go for their 12 course signature menu, but we instead ordered 6 different dishes. We really can't tell which one was our favorite. The way each dish was presented was the perfect introduction to how tasteful they were! We can't wait to come back and try some of the other many dishes they offer, and of course their 12 course experience is also in the do to list... As mentioned, one of the best dining experiences ever. If not actually the best.

    This is an exceptional restaurant that offers a creative fusion of indigenous traditions and ingredients with contemporary cuisine practices. Great menu, excellent service and ambiance. I'll return over time. Highly recommended.

    El menú de 12 tiempos es una extraordinaria manera de conocer el origen y la evolución de la gastronomía de Guatemala. Mis tiempos favoritos fueron el hongo, el róbalo en hoja de tamal y el buñuelo bañado en Zacapa con infusión de higos.
