Sugar Factory American Brasserie - Atlanta
Great place to celebrate birthdays and get-togethers with friends. Highly recommended
music too loud and waiter slow and unprofessional. have been twice and the server was slow each time. food and location is the only good thing. prices high but worth it.
Just highly recommended I had to try it and wasn’t disappointed the drinks were good and so was the food.
This place for HORRIBLE. My food was cold & looked old. When it was time for me to pay for my check something was going on with their card machines that it wouldn’t accept my cards & locked my accounts.
I visited the Sugar Factory Atlanta for my birthday Saturday 11/28/2020 evening. The host staff were helpful, and we were seated timely. The waitress took a long time to greet us and bring us our beverages or take or food order. The dishes on the table were dirty with food stains on them. I was so unhappy but, because it was late and my birthday we stayed. The alcoholic beverages we ordered did not taste of alcohol at all it was extremely watered down. Compared to the Las Vegas location the value of the drinks were not worth it, the dry ice effect did not give the illusion it was minimum. The food was overcooked and hard. My boyfriend requested the birthday cake and singing from the staff for my birthday the waitress never came with it. It was a terrible experience and we would not come back or recommend this location to a friend or family member.
The drinks taste okay but are not strong at all for $40 I had a large party and they would not split the bill they only brought us one check but did not tell us when they sat us down so we were left scrambling trying to figure out who had what.. if you bring a cake you have to pay them $25 to bring it out to you it's just too much
My wife and I had an awesome time.
It was just okay...
Unfortunately they were out of many items during our Noon day visit. No strawberries to make any of their drinks with strawberries in it, no mint leaves for mojitos, and on and on. Also I ordered avocado toast and the "Avocado from mexico" sticker somehow made it on my food and that was concerning since usually those stickers are on the outside of the avocado. Not sure how it managed to get on the avocado I was served. Also a classic waffle was ordered and when everyone's food was brought out the waffle was not because we were told the chef dropped it on the floor. The food was cold or barely warm. It took the server 3 tries and 30 minutes to get the manager to finally make it to our table to address our concerns. The manager did apologize and discount our meal, but at that point the entire experience was ruined and I'll give it an overall of " meh".
I had an awesome time!!! The environment was awesome!!! The wait staff was very professional and friendly. The drinks are awesome. The food was good and seasoned well.
We had a large party and the service was very very slow. I lady tripped and pushed me down; no staff member checked on us at all. I found that to be extremely rude..
Family gathering. Home for the Holidays. First time here and I was not impressed. Drinks were delicious but everything literally every single thing was overpriced. The food was okay at best. No real ambiance on the top level which was where we were. Very busy facility. Had reservations but waited 10 mins (in rain) under a partially covered patio until the table was ready. No waiting area inside. Hostess very not very helpful or friendly. Did not greet or welcome us, just asked if we had reservations. Then upon leaving we had to ask for parking validation. I would be just fine never going back.
I said in my reservation that it was our 10 year olds birthday. No one came by to sing happy birthday to her. Our server claimed that we had to order a special drink to get them to come over. No one told us that! Guests were seated right next to us. No social distancing. We ordered our sliders with sauce on the side, we didn’t get any sauce. The valet service was slow to bring our car and the driver was not wearing a mask.
It was an amazing experience! I enjoyed being in ATL and this ended the trip off very nicely !
The food was good, but our drinks weren’t. We had to send the first drink back because it had no flavor, we received the second one, and it was better but the soda taste over powered the drink. I just feel a $40 dollar drink should be perfect and they weren’t. We also was placed a a extremely small table with very little room. I had to hold my purse in my lap the entire time. I was kinda disappointed for my first time going. I was really excited about trying it out, and the experience is not what I anticipated.
This place was awesome! I took my daughter for her birthday! Courtney our waitress she was bomb!! I like other locations but the Atlanta locations was awesome the energy was amazing
This was my second time coming to this place and everything went perfect! Our waiter, Kevin, was so amazing and very polite and prompt!! As soon as we got there we were seated and waited on!! Will always visit this place when I’m in Atlanta!!
The experience and service that was rendered to me and my daughter was not good at all. We were seated for well over 15 minutes, and no one ever came over to serve us. I literally had to stop a waitress who was passing by our table and inquire about who would be the server for us, and she had no idea but did decide to take our order. The food had no flavor what so ever. My daughter got the black and blue burger and I ordered the shrimp and grits. There was nothing impressive about this place other than the presentation of the drinks! Needless to say we will never return to the Sugar Factory in Atlanta, GA.
Great experience for a 16th birthday. Food was wonderful. Server was very good.
Great food! Love the engaging birthday celebrations and the amazing drinks!!!
The food was excellent. It came out fast and hot. My kids ordered milkshakes and they were over the top excited. Only thing that bothered me is with Covid they seated people extremely close together. I thought spacing with seating was needed. Otherwise great.
Pretty nice vibe the music was on point...servers were a little too busy to serve us properly but overall still a good experience
Loved the ladies that hosted us . They were FANTASTIC. Hope to see them again. She is from ohio .
Too loud and slow
To expensive , music to loud.
Hamburger were tiny and meat burned. It’s just okay
Not what I expected! Service was great! Food was not warm. Desserts and drink were good!
I chose this place for my birthday because I loved what I saw my first visit here , but they no longer play R&b music and the big song with music is $100 or you buy a desert and two people bring it and say happy birthday very poorly , it is no longer fun
It was my birthday
3% to pay with card but other than that service was good
We really had a nice time the environment was very relaxing and the food was delicious
Overall, the experience was great! The food was good and the staff was polite and accurate. It was a little pricey, but it was a special occasion (a birthday) so I didn’t mind the prices too much. Plus, I had already looked at the menu before arriving! They do automatically add an 18% gratuity as well as a 3% for card payments.
The drinks were a lil more expensive than I expected. My fries were not so hot and my boyfriend said his wings tasted like they were left from the night before
Did not meet my expectations. The food was okay, not great!
The food was good. The service was ok. We made an reservation but still had to wait outside for a hour for a table. When we got inside they had the door open so we were still freezing. I think the restaurant is overrated.
I was so extremely pleased with The Sugar Factory and everyone made it such an enjoyable experience for my daughter's 9th Birthday.
Food wasn't good. It was serviced not warm or hot ... I would only stop for drinks only
There was a party of 8 (my daughter's birthday) with a reservation for dinner at 5pm. The server never asked who was on tickets together she brought 1 ticket totaling $705.06. The server stated that they are not allowed to have multiple tickets for a table. The gratuity that was charged was $99.00. Three people paid with a card and was charged gratuity for each one and that was fine but why did the server still try to collect $100.00 gratuity. The 3 that paid with a card gratuity should have been subtracted from the $99/$100. This is so sad and was a disappointment for us because we came all the way from Augusta, Ga and this was our first time there. We spent over an hour trying to split everyone's total, calculate tax, and gratuity. She got paid double gratuity because of the way things were handled. We boxed up our food to go and when we asked for plasticware, she stated that she would have to check if they still have anymore. She took forever to bring our togo box for my daughter's fried oreos. I really can't believe that your business does not allow the server to print separate tickets especially when everyone was taking care of their own bill. The food and drinks were great but the server and customer service was terrible. Please see the attached picture.
Way too expensive!!! They charged me gratuity for just 2 adults and 2 kids ! The dinks were literally $30 for kids ! Then to top it off they charge a 3% up charge for paying with a card of any kind! We will never go back it was worth the money , do your self a favor go for the ice cream not dinner because you will spend at least $200
