Loud SERVICE was HORRIBLE and received our food before we ever got our drinks 👎🏼 manager was requested 2 times and still no resolution 🤬

Poor food quality. Extremely slow service. Unattentive staff.

Great place to go staff was amazing. It’s most definitely worth the money. The place was truly amazing, the energy was great. For any kind of celebration or just a outing for a friends and family, this is the place you want to attend. The birthday celebrations were truly nothing short of amazing. My kids had a great time and are looking forward to coming back.

After my family and I were seated it took 15 minutes for someone to come to our table. The waitress brought us water and then walked away...said that she was going to give us a minute to look over the menu... she never returned. After about 20 minutes of waiting I asked the manager and another waitress came right over. The original waitress then came back and preceeded to tell me that she had been at work since 11am and that it had been a long day and that she had taken a "little" break but now she was back... ( THAT HAD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH ME). Overall, the restaurant was entirely too loud, I had to shout to speak to my family that was sitting right in front of me and the tables were not socially distanced.

Short staffed-waiter and bartender. Food was ok. Noise too rowdy

Waitress was not attentive an it was my son 4yr birthday, was missing alot of items from menu

Great experience overall. Could have been more social distancing by seating fewer tables.

The perfect place to celebrate with friends and family. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the service.

Ridiculously loud. Slow service. When our bill cleared our bank account, it looks like the waiter helped himself to a larger tip than what we had written down.

The wait was the only issue that we had. We had a reservation at 4:30 and did not get seated until 6:00 and it was only 3 of us. Other than that the food was amazing and we absolutely enjoyed my birthday celebration!

Very poor service. Had a reservation and still wanted 45 minutes to be seated and another hour an a half for food to come to the table. The waitress was seemed very overwhelmed and kept forgetting items. The drink were really bad.

The atmosphere was positive due to the many birthday celebrations that were going on. Little disappointed that there wasn’t more social distancing with tables during the pandemic and we were sat 30 mins after our reservation time. The goblet was what I expected, great as always but the NY Strip steak wasn’t what was expected. Overall it was decent, each sugar factory has a different vibe.

Gave three stars for atmosphere. The place is very loud and fun. kids loved it. We were seated quickly and Our waitress was also very friendly. In a rush but friendly. Likely due to volume of tables and she had several large parties. The kitchen is extremely slow though and the food is meh. Order what you want the first time. Having the waitress add on stuff later will result in you getting it late. Not worth the tab, but I’ll likely go back because my kid wants to go for his birthday. I’ll only order drinks and onion rings which were two great things that I had.

We waited over and hour for 2 orders of sliders and 2 cheeseburgers, ask for refills never got them, and when we got food it was cold and dry. We traveled from alabama 3 hours to go and was very disappointed.

It was very nice our waiter was very kind and the food delicious

Everything was great with the exception of the waitress rushing us.

Very family friendly environment. My server was great and given the amount of people there my food came out very fast. Manager was very attentive to my party and sat us at a table for 6 even though the reservation was for party of 4. Food was a bit pricey but I guess that's typical for a themed restaurant. Overall my party had a great evening.

The wait was very long and the reservation was made 3 days ahead of time but came to find out that , when your whole
Entire party is not there you can’t be seated. Which was understandable. If
Was a first time experience so we didn’t know that rule , but the nice manager sat us anyways . The place
Was beautiful but when we received our Ordered it was disgusting, with no flavor , no seasoning no anything. But our waiter Was Very nice , but I will not be coming back ❗️

Service was great and fast! Tony and Atlanta made the experience exciting and memorable for my Queen’s Birthday!!!

The Happy Birthday Celebration was amazing when they brought the cheesecake out.

Our server was Matt & he was fantastic but the food was not all that great , the milkshakes were good tho

Server forgot to bring our drinks, I had to go to the bar to get my own drinks. Server stood there and watched while I ordered my drinks. He finally brought our drinks after we finished eating, and he brought the wrong drinks. Seems like a good place but the server we had that night sucks.

I loved the atmosphere and the energy there. I wanted my server to bring the sparkles for my birthday but I never got them. I think he was a little overwhelmed.

too many people and not spaced out for covid. Long wait for reservations should not have that many people with same reservations

The server had too many tables and couldn't complete tasks such as putting my order in correctly or even getting me a to go box. Then he felt the need to address me for talking to a manager about what happened.
Terrible experience. Guess it would have been better if I was a celebrity.

Food is moderate. Drinks are overpriced but good.

I think the atmosphere is more for a younger crowd. Food was good!
