I love sugar factory! Never fails to make me happy! The entire restaurant is based under the concept of being visually striking! The atmosphere is amazing! I would definitely go back, especially for a birthday!

Food was horrible! The sliders were extremely dry and lacked much flavor and the sausage flatbread was inedible.

The staff were very nice and engaging. It was a nice first time experience for my grandkids.

There weren’t too many guests when I went, so when they had a guest with a birthday they would blast the music and turn on the disco ball - it was cool!
I didn’t catch his name, but our waiter was AMAZING and super nice!
Love the goblet drinks, 11/10!

Sugar Factory made my gender reveal epic!!!! Unfortunately, due to COVID a lot of plans were canceled and I decided to do an intimate dinner. They gave me a surprise plus more.

Resturant when we initially arrived 15 minutes early, so we had to wait outside. However, once inside, the process of being seated went relatively quickly. The food was tasty and came out fast. I was disappointed that I had to ask for water, should have been given at the time of seating. Overall, good dining experience.

We celebrated my twin nephews 16th birthday. They had a blast!!!

I had a really great experience. I will say the food wasn't the best. I think the mini burgers were under seasoned and over cooked. They really had no taste to them. The chicken fingers looked like something you give to a toddler. The spinach artichoke dip tasted like it was store brought. But the "Miami"drink was amazing.

Bday for 13yr old. For this restaurant to be so famous they should be able to offer something complimentary for special occasions. If a milkshake cost $16 they could at least offer a one scoop sundae. Or a bag of candy💁🏽‍♀️

Also, I was hoping to purchase apparel merchandise. No apparel merchandise. I thought that was odd too.

We had heard a lot about this restaurant so I decided this was the place to go in Chicago for my birthday. I was excited and the decor was cute. The food was very overpriced but tasty. The dessert was amazing but $19. This is a place you go for a splurge or a once in a lifetime so you can say you've been there.

Since they automatically add a 20% service fee to every table, the wait staff doesn’t bother to come back and check on you.
I purchased a goblet and was told I would be given the glass I drank out of, but instead was given a plastic one.
The shot guy makes his way around very often, so if you are a drinker that’s a plus; but I don’t drink and was told I’m no fun.
Definitely won’t return.

The food was called when we received they had to make another order for us that took additional time but they did not try to offer any discount for their mistake I will not go back to this location.

The service was terrible when it should have been good because there were a lot of empty tables due to Covid. Very pricey for the food you get and not a glitzy lollipop in sight!

The experience was just OK. The server was not very organized or attentive. Food was, again, just ok. I think it may have been better, if we had gone later in the evening and maybe had a smaller party. I would like to go again, but only for drinks.

I decided to go to the sugar factory for my birthday dinner and it was terrible. It took them forever to even come with water. Cheap bottled water to be exact. On top of that the food was gross. 0/10 wouldn’t recommend. It’s not worth the money or the hype in my opinion.

The place is kinda tucked away. It’s nice. The hostess was very nice and accurate with our orders. Overall it was great. Kinda expensive but hey it’s downtown Chicago.

I reserved the visit for my group and I and it was originally canceled as a result of Covid-19. I immediately received an email with a complimentary drink, which was a really nice gesture. My group and I enjoyed our time there, the food was great and the drinks were even better!

Would like to say the whole setting was lit. The positive energy the crowd the music it was super awesome. I would recommend this place to everyone accept the lame laid back no noise boring people.

The prices are high for what you receive. The colorful multi mini burgers were dry and bun not to fresh. The milkshakes were good but I feel the price on these and sandwiches were too high. It was a fun experience but would not go back after first time.

I don't get it at all --- have TV's up just showing what famous people ate there --- couldn't those be used more to add value to the overall ambiance of the place. It doesn't know what it is -- it wants to be a club but it always wants to try to cater to kids but then it doesn't cater to them at all really. It is so strange and will definitely be closed in two years or less.

We ordered stellas. You might want to check your beer. They were expired from February

Just a date night with my son he never been there

After seeing this restaurant endorsed by many celebrity’s it’s seemed very fun and exciting... it was not that at all. We waited over 20 minutes for someone to just take our drink order. The restaurant made you tip 20% to your server even for just 2 people. I’m normally a generous tipper to people that deserve it. I feel as if the servers know that they are getting the 20% tip no matter what they don’t care.

We were celebrating my daughters 14th birthday. We brought in our own cake and was charged a $25 dollar cutting fee and an additional $35 for them to bring it out with sparklers and a song. It was a good experiencejust a bit pricey. The milkshakes are good but the drinks and food are mediocre. Our waitress was nice the only issue we had was the wrong food being brought to us.

This is a fun place to visit ... once. The drinks and desserts are so unique and delicious. The food was good - not outstanding. The prices are crazy expensive. $8 for a cup of black coffee. The service was just okay. It’s a fun place to make a one-time visit.
