Sugar Factory’s 9,657-square-foot restaurant will have a 184-seat indoor dining area, a bar area with seating for 12, an outdoor patio with space for 32 guests, and a glamorous Pretty in Pink Café – a colorful, vibrant space featuring additional unique menu offerings and outdoor patio seating. Upon entering, diners will be greeted with Instagrammable moments, from large flower walls, to video walls and other colorful decor. From the main dining area, guests can head into the Pretty in Pink Café, a vibrant space for guests to enjoy coffee and sweets that features elaborate and three-dimensional floral ceilings, neon signs and a candy heart wall that’s perfect for posing. The Pretty in Pink Café flows into Sugar Factory’s iconic candy retail store, where guests will experience the signature floor-to-ceiling candy wall that features numerous sweet treats to choose from.

OVERPRICED! This place is a total waste of money. We had a reservation but didn’t get seated until 25 mins after schedule. They said we could wait in the candy store - where no one was working, candy boxes were emptied and place was disorganized. It was 65 degrees in the restaurant so it was freezing. A fountain drink is $5! Food is also very overpriced and is mediocre at best. Save your time and $$$

The atmosphere was great. It’s super cute inside. Food was just OK. We ordered the big cheesy with fries- burger was decent, mac and cheese on it wasn’t that great, fries- flavor was good but they tasted like had been sitting for a while. Club sandwich with onion rings- club was good and the onion rings were very good. Strawberry cheesecake waffles- the cheesecake and strawberries were good, the waffle tasted like it was previously frozen and thawed before serving. To me, $80 for meh food, not worth it. The restaurant is very cute though.

My chicken salad came out with no chicken. We waited forever for our food, at least one hour. Our waitress was nice but disappeared a lot. Service fee for facility 20%!!!ridiculous Tip for staff on top of that! Ice cream scoops for birthday girl was appreciated however

Food was ok, very expensive and was just ok. Service was horrible. Server never checked back to see if we needed anything. Tried to order multiple different things to drink and were told we don’t have that. If you can make a chocolate milkshake then you have chocolate milk, if you can make a root beer float, then you have root beer. The server told us no to both chocolate milk and root beer, but never even offered an alternative. She was rude and didn’t care because her 20% tip was going to be added to our check because we had a larger party.

One of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The food quality was extremely low (the sliders my son ordered had the quality of meat you might find in a school cafeteria) and the prices are so high that we definitely expected better. The service was slow and lacking and the 'chardonnay' that I ordered was bottom shelf and extremely low quality. Just a laughably terrible experience with a giant bill at the end and our family going to get a fast food burger as we didn't eat our meal.

We waited an hour just for a glass of wine. There were 3 of us, and there was a mandatory 20% tip even though the service was horrible.

It was overrated and overpriced. Food was mediocre. Desserts were wonderful. Luckily we had an excellent waiter named Winter. He was so nice, sweet, patient and delivered great customer service. He was excellent! It's a good experience but not sure if it meets the hype of it's advertisement.

The place has shown wear and tear and is dirty (the chairs, walls, etc.). We had a gluten free diner with us and server forgot to inform kitchen which resulted in gluten in the meal despite requested substitutions. Tween girl bday dinner: they still liked it and didn’t look at the details I did.

First, our reservation was at 5 and we didn’t get seated til about 5:45. Then, they changed us more than what the prices were listed on the menu. We also had a buy one get one goblet coupon and they only gave us a small discount after telling us we could use the coupon. Finally, the waiting staff was not the nicest and rarely checked up on us.

No toilet paper in one of the women’s rest room stalls, when employees were told they just looked at each other, like what do we do😳 Pink velour chairs very dirty 😟 Our appetizers came after we were done with our shakes. We had to ask 3 times to get more water. Was very disappointed with the experience visiting on 11/18/2023

Our organization Positive Character Girls took a group of girls to the restaurant to celebrate. The staff was outstanding. They were patient and understanding with the girls and our group. The dessert was out of this world!! The girls were amazed by the dance performance and the dessert presentation. The meal was adequate. Our fries had to be returned because they were not hot. I got the chicken and waffles, and the chicken did not appear to have been cooked in fresh grease and was a little dry. We wish they had a kids menu because the Rainbow Pancakes order was too much for one child. Would go again, but would be cautious about what I order to eat.

We had a lovely time! The food is okay priced. For all the dessert that comes on the milkshake, I felt they were very reasonable. Two people can share one! The automatic 20% up charge is ridiculous though. This is NOT the tip! You still need to tip on top of this service charge.

The aesthetic was very pretty but the drinks/desserts were not worth the money paid. My alcoholic beverage wasn’t very tasty for $20, the fondue plate had desserts to dip but they were dry-tasting and we didn’t finish them. The staff were very friendly and kind, but the overall experience was just very lack luster.

Service was okay. Had to ask for refills. Our pizza fries app was terrible. Fries were hard. Waitress never came back to ask how it was until our meal came. The menu has too many items. Do a handful of things great. Not a lot, mediocre. Desserts were okay for the price. Not worth the price. We won’t return. Two thumbs down. Oh and let’s talk about the mandatory service charge of 20%. Never heard of it before.

Warning at this location you’ll be charged a confidence fee that isn’t the tip. It’s an extra 20%. I split an entree and desert, a water, and one milk shake my bill was $78. I then left a tip bring me to $92. There are a lot of other restaurants in that area that are far better for that price. Our waiter was very nice. I just feel this establishment is way over priced.

It was an ok first time. The waiter never checked on us, the food took over a hour to come, the fries were literally rock hard, and my daughter ordered a mango shake that looked and tasted like vanilla. There were a lot of birthday celebrations going on and the waiters did a good job with those. They had good energy.

The service was incredibly slow- it took over an hour to get out 2 burgers and two waffles, they were fair at best. The milkshakes were good, but should be for $20. Very overpriced and for that money I expect far better service and atmosphere. The decor was neat, but don’t go expecting to be able to have a conversation. Won’t be going back.

The windows need shades. We were seated at a table that was in direct sunlight and baked until the point it was unbearable. Finally we asked for another table that was partially in the shade. Thankfully the staff accommodated us. Then the sun shifted and we were in direct sunlight there too. Servers were great. Food was ok.

I was not impressed with our visit at all. We were seated and our server didn’t come back to our table for over 30 min. We then were given water and she took our order didn’t see her again for another 30-40 min ate our food never saw her again then I cleaned off our own table and took our dishes back to the kitchen hoping that would bring her back to our table no it didn’t she just watched me clean off the table. Then I went to find her to order our desserts. Food over all wasn’t that great fries were cold chicken tenders my kids ordered were cold. And it took an additional 30 min to get one slice of cake and two milkshakes. It was also my daughters birthday and I had to ask for them to sing to her but they sang to everyone else I don’t know the entire thing was just not what I was hoping for and for the price we could have had much better food elsewhere.

First I had to wait 45 minutes to be seated when I made a reservation for 8pm. I was told I had to wait until the full party arrived which is ridiculous. The food was not worth the money, it was mediocre. The waiter harassed us for a tip when I told him to keep the change when I paid the tab. That was very rude and distasteful. I will not be coming back. The ambiance was amazing though.

horrible location. service was AWFUL we had to wait over 2 hours for our food. there was no apology or attempt to make it right. they forgot about the free birthday scoop. the food was stale and old. the fries were hard, the cupcake icing was too hard to bite into, the donut was stale, and the $45 drinks were sour and distasteful.

Food was okay. Server didn’t check on us as often as he should have. I had to flag him down a few times. I absolutely LOVED the atmosphere. The hot chocolate was the best part of the entire thing. Bill was $170 for three people, so make sure you have plenty of money when coming here. Nice place for birthdays/special occasions. Wouldn’t come often.

Service was horrible, food in the cushions, dust all over the vents, took 15 mins to get a Dr P. , food was horrible, had to ask for utensils and silverware, received single ply “c” fold bathroom paper towels. On top of that, they fail to tell you about the mandatory 20% service charge. I asked for my tip back! DO NOT GO THERE!

We, along with about 40 others, never made it past the door. No one ever greeted us. They stopped taking tables. There were maybe 7 tables in the restaurant, and 2 of them got up and left because they were never approached after being sat. Very disappointing, we were looking forward to the experience.
