Sugar Factory - Las Vegas Boulevard
It was our anniversary, was happy to see a few options open on OpenTable, so we made the reservation, got ready, took an Uber to Fashion Show mall, went in to find the restaurant closed. Took an Uber back home, and it was the worst anniversary ever.
Don’t waste your time in coming here. Overpriced and not worth the experience they portray. The place looks run down and dirty. Their menus are filthy.
Awesome, modern, and trendy place with amazing service!
The drinks and food were delicious
Enjoyed birthday celebration.
The food is not great. The drinks are fun but expensive. Not worth the hype.
Fantastic choices of never before desserts.
Great macaroni burger, chicken strips are top notch. Friendly and attentive waitress.
Every time my daughter wanted something, they told me they were “out” of it. Allegedly out of their famous rainbow mini burgers and out of the princess milkshake she wanted. She was so sad. And when I ordered a goblet they brought me a non alcoholic and didn’t correct it for 10 minutes. Will not be going back.
It was a great experience for my daughter’s 24th birthday. Loved the service, ambiance and especially the music! We sang along as we ate and drank the entire time. L
It was good with good service, but it was expensive, especially the drink. I spend more money here than at the Eiffel tower restaurant!!
We have been 3 different sites and as always were pleased! Thank you for kindness, friendliness, and amazing food and drinks! :)
Need more choices that aren’t sweet alcoholic drinks.
Also, the bowl drink without alcohol was $34 and $39 with....too expensive!
Thank you for making my 30th birthday celebration sugary!!!
Friends 30th birthday they made it perfect!!!!!
We were celebrating a Birthday
Great place to celebrate my birthday with a Smokey goblet!
We were seated at our table for over 10 minutes before anyone even spoke to us and it was not overly busy at all as there were maybe 5-6 other tables. Our table was dirty and the menus were super dirty making it unappealing to even touch the table or menus. Overall our food tasted good, but I was unimpressed with the shake and sundae we got as the donut/cupcake was cold/stale and the sundae looked like something I could have gotten for at least half the price at Baskin Robins.
Yes the food and the service was excellent our waiter Victor gave us the best customer service.
My friend had a great bday at Sugar Factory in Vegas‼️‼️
Fun place - bad service !
We arrived before the restaurant had gotten busy, but when we asked for a booth (my companion has back issues and is less uncomfortable at a cushioned booth), they still sat us at the entrance to the kitchen. Fortunately, this put us further from the overhead speakers, so we could have a conversation during lunch. Our server was helpful and sweet, giving tons of helpful info about the many available cocktail choices. Ours were wonderful, tho a little pricey. We ordered spaghetti and meatballs (we ALWAYS order spaghetti and meatballs!), and theirs rates up there with the best - thick sauce, pasta done just right, and the meatballs were perfect. We took our time, and never felt pressured by waitstaff to clear out, which was important because we have recently moved far from one another and needed to reconnect before heading back home. Not my first time at the Sugar Factory, and won’t be my last!
I guess you pay a lot just so you can say that you went to the Sugar Factory. The service was slow, the food was mediocre at best, and the restaurant was pretty run down. It took our waiter over 15 minutes to come to our table to greet us and take our drink order. If it was busy, I would understand, but half the tables were empty when we came in. The club sandwich tasted like cheap lunch meat and the cheese was hard on the edges, like it had been left out for a while. Definitely not worth the $18 price tag. The goblet drinks were fun to look at, but way overpriced. I guess it’s a novelty thing, but a non-alcoholic goblet was $34, which is only $5 less than the alcoholic version. How does that even make sense? It’s Vegas, it’s expensive, I get it, but this was not worth the price. There are plenty of other restaurants with better food and a better ambiance for the same price.
The place is a bit rundown. The menus are laminated but peeling badly. The food was good but not memorable. They have some really cool drinks but are WAY overpriced. The food items are priced about what you’d expect to pay at a nice restaurant on the strip but this wasn’t one of those. The service was exceptional however, which helped us to overlook the rest. We still had a decent time.
Not what I was expecting at all. My husband got there 5 minutes before me and they refused to sit him until I got there. The food was under cooked. This was my first time and my last time. I would not recommend his restaurant to anyone.
It wasn’t bad, however no one greeted us when we walked in at lunch and there were only 3 tables occupied. Then you nice seated the first words were the list and f things on the menu that were not available. The list included some of what we read were the more popular items like rainbow sliders and the vegetarian burger patty(my wife’s vegetarian). Food came out slowly and server wasn’t very attentive, she never even asked us if we wanted anything to drink so we all drank water. The food we did get was good, just wasn’t able to order some of the items we wanted.
The drinks are so overpriced and the food was absolutely horrible. Can’t believe people go here for special occasions. I had to send back my “chicken breast” and got chicken tenders instead as did all of my friends. No one felt good after, two people sat in the hotel room sick for the night after eating here.
Amazing service, beautiful decor and delicious food = 5 stars
When we arrived they informed us that they were out of most dessert items. We had a big party of kids who were excited for the desserts that we couldn’t get. The options were limited, the service was not amazing. We did have a big party but my water glass was empty most of the evening and we had to flag her down many times to get our check. One waitress for a table of 24 is insane. I am not sure I would ever go back.
This place was really cool. Must go super hungry and have dessert and drinks. We were bummed they were out of the donut burger :( We booked a table on Open Table which I highly recommend. I wish the one at Universal Studios took bookings. A great place to go just for drinks or desserts too, with large parties and celebrations. The free valet parking at the Fashion Mall is a nice treat too.
Drinks are way over priced, they should work on taste more than how the drink looks.
The drinks and the food are delicious, can’t wait to come back here and eat.
Our dance company was visiting for a competition. We also were celebrating a teammate’s bday - it was the best experience!! Hands down!! Best food - best drinks - best service!! Thank you all!!
Fun environment and great food choices. Our daughter loved it and those burgers are huge!
Very nice staff. I mentioned on the Open table app the occasion was for a birthday. No one at the restaurant acknowledged the birthday.
Other than that, it was very nice. The family and I had a good time.
Lots of fun and tasty. It seems they were short staffed and the server was quite busy which made for a little slower service but I wasn't in a hurry and she still did a fine job.
Amazing food and beverages, yes expensive but for the experience it's excellent
Great service and great food
We made reservations for our daughter’s birthday, and noted in the reservation that it was for her birthday. Our server was terrible, not nice, didn’t smile and never mentioned my daughter’s birthday. They were out of rainbow sliders, and my blood orange cocktail didn’t have any blood oranges in it. I didn’t expect the food to be great, but my daughter was excited for the experience, and the terrible server ruined it.
We loved celebrating Karli’s 18th birthday here with family and friends. It was a special experience for her and the whole group!
