Sugar Factory - Las Vegas Boulevard
First time there. Vanessa did a great job with menu item questions and service. Food came out hot and drinks were good. Of course, the signature fish bowl drinks are a little pricey but for a special occasion, we splurged.
Reservations only! no walk in! great place to celebrate a birthday or bridal shower. place was loud but fun and high energy. food was very good, came out hot and fresh. Service was great.
Thanks the experience was very good !
I will definitely back soon !
I was very annoyed when we arrived at 2:15 in the afternoon on a weekday and they didn't appear to be very busy, but the girl at the door turned us away telling us they were "booked" and we needed a reservation. As we were headed somewhere else I pulled up the app to see if I could get a reservation for the following day and it let me get a reservation for right then - 2:30!?!? So we headed back with our "reservation" and were let right in and seated right away. How does that make any sense? And if you like coffee with your sweets make sure you stop at Starbucks and get a cup before you come here because they "only serve coffee on the weekends." Again, this doesn't make any sense to me. Aside from these major annoyances the food was very good (I got the nutella pancakes with the Starbucks coffee I ran inside the mall for while I was waiting for my food, lol) and our waitress was super nice! Management needs to work on these issues though because it is bad for business, and I won't be recommending them.
Amazing drinks and good food
Absolutely terrible service. Got charged for wrong items and coffee machine was broken and credit card machine was down all at once. This place is a joke.
Our waiter was very nice and he was very respectful definitely will be coming back again
First time visiting Vegas and I always wanted to try the Sugar Factory. I love the atmosphere and the service was great. I know anyone who go will enjoy themselves.
Fun , delicious and very nice experience
Loved it , fun experience and good food
Loud, crowded, poor, rushed service. You would go for the novelty of saying you went to Sugar Factory. Average food
Best time and best waiter
The address on open table is different than when you click on it to get directions. My reservation was at 10:30 and the kitchen closed at 10:45. The meal I ordered was chicken, mashed potatoes and green beans for $38. The green beans were not cooked well so I asked to exchange it but the kitchen was close. They were nice enough to bring me a Cesar salad but wasn’t satisfying. The fancy drinks are $39 but since in pregnant I asked how much the mocktail version would be and they said $5 less. If that’s the case give me the $5 worth of alcohol instead!
It was amazing!
Love the concept. Food was good & service was amazing, we asked to speak to the manager so we could give our server a good review & it turned out it was the manager who’d been waiting on us all night. Only complaint was it was way too loud.
We still had to wait in live for 30 minutes even though we had reservations. I can say it was worth the wait. Great environment and food!
The food and service was good. The only issue I had was that the music was so loud that the waiters couldn’t hear the orders and my party couldn’t hear each other. They should just lower the music a little.
Sugar Factory is one of my favorite restaurants. Our server was nice, however, she didn’t check on us throughout our meal. She was not very attentive. I still enjoyed myself.
Was a great experience over all, the food was great, the day was helpful and friendly. The only drawback was we had a reservation for a party of 3, showed up about 15 min early. We were told we had to wait until our reservation time to be seated to allow the tables to be cleaned off. Okay, no big deal. Until multiple parties of similar size with no reservations, walked up and were seated before us. Then we get seated and the table HAS NOT been cleaned from the previous guests. I found an employee and they were happy to clean the table. It's surely not okay in general, but with COVID and all the mandates for cleanliness that was unacceptable.
I felt this location was very dirty and furniture was very worn. We frequent the one in Chicago and usually like it but this one in Las Vegas seemed very unorganized and the music was extremely loud. More than normal it seemed.
The drinks are not strong at all they taste like soda the host was great he had great customer service the steak was extra small for $64 way overpriced
Very fun environment. A little expensive but totally worth it!!!!!
The food was great. The music kept it lively in there, it didn’t make you want to go to sleep. The overall experience was awesome.
Everything was good. They were out of a few drinks but that was ok.
My favorite part is when people order the Birthday Big dessert and they come out and play what ever song you won’t. My old boys loved it
The food was mediocre. Steak sandwich tasted like a salt bomb. Kids out of control with no supervision. Milkshake was like a glass of flavor milk. Couldn't get the $39 drink I wanted because they ran out. The fact you have to add $22 plus $39 for a plastic souvenir cup with the drink in it is ridiculous. OVER PRICED AND OVER RATED.... NOT WORTH THE EXPENSE.
This is definitely a place for a younger crowd (35 and under). The noise level and energy was high. The younger population enjoy that. The service was fair, not to mention we were served the wrong order. The food was "ok" but it was way over priced for the quality and quantity. The drinks were decent! If you're 35 or older and looking for a nice place to have dinner with a date I recommend you choose another restaurant. If you're younger and looking for a place for you and your girls and or your dates to hang out surrounded by your peers this is the place for you. Go for it!
The wait time and delay on getting the table available after the prior group left could've been handled a little better but other than that everything was really awesome.
Birthday surprise ambience was good but not much to choose on the menu.
Our server was great. The noise level was sooo loud.
This place is crazy awesome, loud and energetic! We loved every minute of it. The food was worth it and the desserts are insane!
First of all, we came here because I wanted to try one of their drinks for my 40th birthday. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo for $19. Some of the noodles were hard & discolored as if they were sitting out before they were delivered to my table. It was very bland & the garlic bread was hard. The drink came in one of their goblets for $39 which tasted great but I just wish you were able to keep the goblet. Instead, if you want one, you have to pay $15 more for it & it's plastic due to COVID. Our bill with tip was a little over $100 which was way too pricey for the 2 meals & 1 drink! I did go for the "experience" but I will not go again. It was not worth it. When my cousin asked about a slice of cake for me for my birthday, the waitress said that they do not have complimentary desserts but we could buy one. No thank you!
The food was delicious and the drinks were so fun! The service was great despite the fact they were incredibly busy.
Very frustrated with my first experience at Sugar Factory. I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday yet this was an awful experience. Will never come again.
Was loud but good. I put it was my bday. Got a crappy table and no one ever said happy bday. So not the best.
Fantastic service and amazing food. We will come back again.
The service was ok, but the food was horrible! 3 dry pancakes for $17, a diet pepsi for $6, the eggs were burnt, the coffee was bitter. I was so shocked at the food quality here...especially since so many celebrities endorse it.
It’s was fast and fresh
It was an amazing experience... I will definitely go back... Food was so delicious and their banana split is AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS...
