SUGARCANE raw bar grill Las Vegas
charred corn, crumbled goat cheese, two sunny side up eggs, sourdough toast
Every thing was perfect!! A very nice touch was the cream for the coffee had been warmed so as not to cool the coffee down! My egg was cooked perfectly, the sausage was delicious and so were the goat cheese croquets, loved them!
Ours servers were very attentive, quick and so friendly! I would rate this the Best place we've ever had brunch at in Las Vegas!
Service from Raqual was amazing. Food very good
Could have been told that unlimited mimosas would be cheaper than 1 bottle of mumms champagne
When you go to Sugercane the best way to enjoy a meal is to pick different dishes to share. We had a group of 5 and we picked 12 different dishes. All were very good. We were seated by the open kitchen and it was cool to watch the chef run the kitchen. Overall a very enjoyable dinner.
Nothing special about this place. Food is decent
I loved the Brie and truffle toast breakfast! It was so delicious! The server was so great..I think Brandon? Or William? The music was fun and the mimosas were perfect. We had a wonderful time here.
For me Las Vegas is more about time than money. So I don’t want to waste time on average food or experiences. This place is average and not something I would chose again. It is not bad, one dish was good, and one ok, and one not good at all. But nothing special, service was ok, a couple guys bought food out, no effort to connect, but again, not bad. Prices are not too high or low, but they are high enough to make this an average to low value, when you could chose somewhere more yummy, more engaging, more something than just ok.
One word: TERRIBLE.
I can't wait to go back to Vegas so I can eat here again! Everything was delicious but I really enjoyed the Sweet Corn and the Brussels Sprouts. We were a party of 3 and ordered 6 dishes and we were stuffed, and happy.
This is a great place for brunch.
Dinner was delicious, but the duck and waffle was incredible!
There was only one waiter and service was slow.
Great place for light Tapas and a drink before a show. Drinks are on the smaller side. Rock shrimp and potstickers were solid choices to share.
Our server was not attentive at all. The busboy did a better job checking to see if we needed anything.
Service was horrible. Food was great but expect to spend 2 hours dining here. Wouldn’t recommend it if you have plans for the day.
Had a great time with our group of 8. We enjoyed the bottomless brunch and all the food was delicious. We have said when we come back to Vegas this is a go to place.
Amazing. Amazing. Amazing. Best secret in Vegas!!
Waiter was great. But we sat for almost 30 minutes due to confusion about who was going to be waiting on our table. Took a couple requests to get someone over to our table and then took the food a while to arrive.
The most basic of service: order, "everything ok?", here's your bill.
Food good.Service good. Was expecting more of the place itself based on pics and reviews I've seen and read. Satisfied but not really planning to return.
I've had some great meals and this was one of those meals.
It's a tapas type menu, so order a few dishes and share away!!!
First time at Sugarcane. The food was wonderful; and the service was great.
The bartender was downright rude and clearly did not want to be there and certainly had no interest in making our evening pleasant. She should go and sit at the bar at Yardbird across the way and learn what hospitality really is, which is exactly where we went after paying for 2 half-full mediocre martini’s instead of staying for dinner as planned.
The food rating is from a colleague who ate breakfast there.
Small , small, small portions. I get it tapas style..I went by myself, and ordered the dumplings (omg, salty) and a sushi hand roll.. and was still hungry. If going as a group or with others prepare to order at least 2 plates each.
Service..took 15(ish) minutes to be greeted by waiter get a water, took longer to get a beverage then first dish..friendly enough just not quick.
Ambiance.. it's in a casino on a walking path, loud not private etc..
Over all not awful, but better choices available.
Great food and service! All the items were amazing and so easy to share. The cocktail menu is great too!
excellent food and service! will definitely be back next time I'm in vegas.
I was not happy with the food. Oyster on the half shell was too small and not much to consume. Salmon poke bowl was toooooo salty. Wished there was an option for lettuce base rather than the rice base.
Really enjoyed the duck fried rice, mushrooms, chicken wings. Everything was surprisingly delicious. I say surprising because there wasn’t that big of a crowd that evening.
Brandon is amazing, always great service and very friendly! We always return to Sugar Cane because of his exceptional customer service!
Food was great, lost our server for a while but the manager stepped in and made it right!
Our group of four so enjoyed the first experience here that we returned the next day, each time for breakfast. The creative takes on classic items were big hits: duck waffles, mushroom or smoked salmon Benedict, crispy smashed potato with chilies. Maybe because no one expects breakfast in a raw bar, the place was calmer than the general mayhem on the casino floor eating options. Food was very nicely prepared and presented. My potato was a delightful mix of fluffy and crisp, with bursts of chili and citron. Service was energetic. We were seated promptly, and were out within 45 minutes. Great find!
We went for brunch. Order the toad in the hole.
We did breakfast - a nice twist from the packed places on casino floors. Creative menu and really good food.
Went for a quick breakfast at the bar and the service was quick and friendly and the food was good. Somewhat pricey but on par with what you’ll find in most Vegas casinos. I got the smoked salmon Benedict - tasty.
The food was honestly great. And our server wasn’t outright bad, he just seemed busy and didn’t have a lot of personality. The young host on the other hand was absolutely terrible. We show up at our designated time for our reservation and it was not very busy. She pointed to a dirty table and said we’re still cleaning it it’ll be about 5 minutes. Ok, I have no problem waiting. But then she stood there and tapped her fingernails and didn’t go to clean it. I know there are bussers, but there was no one behind us in line and it wasn’t busy and they were late on our reservation…. Go help the bussers out! She waited there for about 4 minutes, got uncomfortable with us just standing there and proceeded to start bussing a DIFFERENT TABLE. Once sat everything was fine, but that experience was rough.
