東京・港区六本木にオープンした「Sushi Zo Tokyo（スシゾー・トウキョウ）」は、アメリカ・ロサンゼルスおよびニューヨークでミシュランガイドに掲載されるなど、独自の味わいと「Zo Style」で高い評価を獲得してきた「Sushi Zo」の6店舗目にあたる日本逆輸入進出の寿司店です。
2006年3月にアメリカ・ロサンゼルスに1号店をオープンして以来、オーナーで創業者の堰 啓造（せき・けいぞう）が大切にしてきたのは、日本およびアメリカで身につけた江戸前の寿司職人ならではの技法と工夫です。江戸前寿司の伝統と技を活かしながら、ソースや調味料を工夫してシャリとネタの一体感を演出。飽きのこない味わいを提供するディナーコースを「Omakase（おまかせ）」と名づけた「Zo Style」を確立してきました。
江戸前寿司職人ならではの質の高い寿司と独自のメニュー展開が高く評価され、2013年には2号店となる店舗をロサンゼルスのダウンタウンに、2015年にはニューヨークとバンコクに、2017年6月には5店舗目となる「Sushi Zo Hanare NY」をニューヨークのミッドタウンにオープンしています。

Overpriced, short course.
Went here with my family. 6 of us in total. We had the place to ourselves. The music was a bit loud at first but they kindly turned it down upon request. Everything else was amazing, from the service, ambiance and the sushi. One of the best omakase sushi experiences I have had in Tokyo and the chef was very friendly and engaging and provided a fantastic experience. Can’t wait to eat here again.
On my trip to Tokyo with my son, I was looking for a top omakase sushi experience. And I found it. Chef prepares sushi in front of you. Account for about 2 hours!
We had an amazing time...mind blowing meal from start to finish
We ate here, Iwa, Take, Onodera, as well as a few other less known places during our trip. This was the unanimous favorite among the group. Shinji really has the best quality fish out of any place we tried. We were also very surprised as his rating on Tabelog was somehow not very high

Sushi Zo Tokyo was an amazing dining experience and truly made our trip to Tokyo. Our chef made each piece of sushi in front of us and described why each ingredieng was used and how fish were chosen at the Tsukiji fish market. A truly magical night.

Outstanding Experience, a must for any american travelers visiting Tokyo. We ate here last Saturday and the ambiance was perfect. This will be a must for me going forward whenever I visit Tokyo.
Executive Chef, Shinji Nakamura, did an excellent job of walking us through the selection and prepared a wonderful assortment of fish from all over the island.

This was by far the best sushi meal we have ever had! The restaurant was so intimate and the chef was smiling the entire time. The food was among the best I’ve tasted and we can’t wait to come back!
I’ve been to Sushi Zo in Bangkok twice and both experiences were great, the second time quite phenomenal actually. When I tried to make a booking for sushi in Tokyo, Sushi Zo was available whilst most other joints were not, I had doubts but I let it pass coz when I called they said they would put me at the sushi counter, at least I didn’t have to go for conveyor belt sushi, and I had to trace form Hakuba to Tokyo that day, but it was a total let down. From food to service it was not my kind of Tokyo standard, I posted no pictures AT ALL, that tells a lot.
