The service was not good. We waited forever and finally got a manager to take our drink and half order and then no one ever cleared any of the dirty dishes away from us. The food was OK but not fantastic.

Unfortunately, the quality has gone down since changing locations. Two dishes we ordered came out about 90 seconds after ordering, which is concerning (microwave?). Calamari was chewy and fishy.

This was the first and last time we’ll be dining here. I ordered a drink and when it came I noticed the glass had a very sharp chip on the edge that I almost sliced my lip open on. I told our server who apologized and got me a new one. This restaurant is very lucky we’re not the types to sue, but we could have easily done so based on this incident alone. We ordered calamari; it was mediocre and a small portion size, pork dumplings that were again just ok with a small portion size and the drunken noodles with shrimp that were very good, but again the portion size was small. Our calamari came out first then a food runner tried to drop soup off at our table. We told her we ordered pork dumplings. Then another food server tried to drop the same soup off at our table again and my partner had to tell him again that we ordered pork dumplings. The pork dumplings finally came with the drunken noodles. At no point did our server come back to ask us how our food was or our drinks. I had to flag him down myself when I saw my original glass had a large chip. He boxed up 2 dumplings we had left and brought the check. To our disbelief we were charged the $17 for the emperor drink that I har replaced with the chipped glass. The manager came over took my card and bill and didn’t apologize or offer us anything. Our server came over and looked confused that our bill was gone. In total our bill came to $99.58 ($17 for the emperor cocktail, $10 for a beer, $18 for calamari, $32 for drunken noodles, and $15 for pork dumplings). Needless to say it’s pretty obvious why they don’t list their prices on the website because they’re absurd for small portioned mediocre Thai food with poor service. The only good thing about this restaurant was the interior decor which was beautiful. Stick to downtown or east end Austin if you want great Thai food for half the price.

The food quality was the best I've seen in years, and it's always been great. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The crab fried rice and green curry are showstoppers! The service was exemplary.

Amazing happy hour. We had two orders of the pork rolls which were delicious and the pickled cucumbers fantastic. We sat upstairs at the bar. Ask to be seated there. the lotus margaritas we had were some of the best weve had in Austin.
