   Overall I had a good experience the food, atmosphere, and service were fair. The server was pretty helpful and suggested certain dishes and drinks complete our dining experience. Unfortunately, my guest and I didn't get one of the appetizers we ordered but that was easily corrected on the bill. My guest and I felt a little slighted because it was her birthday and no one addressed or asked if we wanted any extra accommodation to celebrate and I believe I added that to my reservation. Maybe it is my fault that I assumed that my guest's birthday would be acknowledged by simply adding it to the reservation. Reservations should inform the server that they have a birthday at the party being served. That part of the dining experience sucked because the group next to us birthday was acknowledged! #👀FeltDiscriminatedAgainst#

   Extremely long wait time for food, taste of food is inconsistent, ordered shrimp fried rice and it came out tasting like soy sauce, spent over 2 hours for a two course meal. Had to wait an extra 35 minutes to get our check. It was also very loud. Not an enjoyable experience would not repeat.

    Service was poor. My server specifically told me they did not want to ask the chef again for allergy modifications. Food was extremely mid for what they were actually giving us. Presentation was beautiful but it was not worth the trip. The server took so long that we ran out of time. We were seated an hour late as well so by the time we got our food we were starving and it was extremely underwhelming. We were also celebrating an event and were asked if we wanted a celebration treat, that was not given anyway when the check was handed. Horrible. We are friends with the Vegas manager and will be telling this to them as well.

    Very nice restaurant, very good food. Unfortunately the service is far from being up to par. We made a reservation and arrived on time. The reservation included the guarantee of a credit card that was activated if we were 15 minutes late. We had to wait 45 minutes to be assigned a table while many customers arrived and had their table earlier. The service was totally overwhelmed. After 1.45 hours of arriving at the restaurant, we had only received a couple of drinks and a small entree, but the food was to be desired. a shame.

    Have dined at TAO NY and Las Vegas. Love the food and vibe. The Chicago location is a great room and vibe also. But service was a bit lacking. We arrived on time and were told the table was ready and we would be seating soon. About 5 minutes later we were told to wait in the bar. Enjoyed a round of drinks and still no table. About 30 min later I asked the front desk and was told soon. We were ultimately seated around 45 minutes after an on time arrival.

    The service quality was below standard. There was a long wait to sit with reservations, the waiter took way too much time to respond to our menu order and did not check in. When he was asked for a refill it took more than 10min to bring, if we did not have to remind him. The food flavor was bland and overpriced for what was provided and overall not what I experienced when dining here a year ago. Overall Dissatisfied.

    Server or cook should pay attention to when a guess says they have an allergy I told my sever no eggs or peanuts my dish had eggs in it luckily my guess spotted it otherwise I would have been in the hospital, no need to go further.

    The restaurant is focused on style over substance. At 5-star prices - especially for the drinks - the food is really run-of-the-mill for Chinese restaurant. Glad I tried it once, and the decor/architecture is interesting, but I will actively avoid going back.

    We went to the restaurant on Mother’s Day. As a party of two, we sat on the seating along the stairs. Great view of the restaurant, beautiful decor, music was apparent, but not distracting. We ordered the lobster and shrimp spring rolls, the lobster pad thai, the brussel sprouts, and the giant fortune cookie for dessert. Everything was delicious! I definitely recommend the fortune cookie since it is one of a kind! Pad thai and Brussel sprouts were large enough to share with some leftovers if you keep room for dessert. Dress code was variable among the patrons with some more casual (lunch wear) and some dressed up (evening attire). I recommend dressing up more than down. Staff was friendly and meals were promptly served! 100% will be going again!
