    This semi-private area is directly next to our 20-foot tall Quan Yin statue which stands atop a koi pond where 3D projection mapping technology creates animations to bring this signature statue to life. This table requires a 50% deposit & a $1,000 food and beverage minimum. The food and beverage minimum is required at the time of booking + tax and gratuity – (suggested gratuity amount: 20%). All items ordered at your table will go towards your minimum spend. Prix Fixe menus are available upon requests 48 hours prior to your reservation date. Signed proposal required to confirm reservation. To finalize this reservation with the signed proposal, please email our events team at: laevents@taogroup.com or call directly: (323) 686-3122.

    Food was ok. Some items were good (lobster dumplings, filet mignon (Tokyo style), but everything else we ordered was forgettable. Food was “coursed out,” but we waited way too long between courses (minimum 30 minutes). Water glasses at the table were empty for long periods of time. Service and quality does not match the price.

    Horrible experience with the valet company they use as the guy running it was extremely rude. Once we got in the hostess was great and our server was very professional. The place looks amazing and you feel like you're in a set for Indiana Jones. I kept waiting for Kate Capshaw to do a number. It was strange that our table for 8 only had 7 menus and one dessert menu. We were told we were not able to get more. Weird. Food was delicious though, bussing of the tables was prompt and we had a great time.

    It's an overpriced social media photo opportunity spot. Food is not bad but a short drive to SGV, and you'll get the same for a fraction of the cost. As for the music, it fits the ambiance but way to loud. We couldn't have a conversation without having to speak up. It's a restaurant not a club. Wait staff was excellent, however the hostesses were extremely snobby and rude. Definitely a cool experience, definitely not coming back.

    We had an amazing time. We didn't get to sit with the people we arrived with but we made the best of it. The host and wait staff was amazing. The food was amazing. I hope I get to go back one day.

    Tao was such a great restaurant. I loved everything about it the employees were great! The food was great and the music was bomb. I would definitely go again!

    Last night was my second trip to Tao. The food was just as good as it was the first time. Service was amazing. Tao is a great Asian fusion restaurant as it's not just Chinese or Japanese foods. It's just great food. People seem to like to be "seen" here, but I didn't find it pretentious. With that said, it's not cheap. Two persons with one glass of wine, one soda, one appetizer, three entrees and one dessert was about $230 without tip. The fortune cookie dessert is my all time favorite. It's got a chocolate-nut dip, surrounded by fruit and then filled partially with vanilla mousse and chocolate mousse. Good for 2-4 people. Valet parking is only $20 .

    The food is good love the ambience such a great vibe for millennials since they play our 🔥 music! The servers are all so nice we bothered them to takes pics and they were happy to do it. Definitely recommend

    I’ve been to TAO before and chose to go there again on my Birthday. The vibe was great as usual. However, the service was terrible. Our waiter disappeared for a long time. We told him it was my birthday and I never got the free birthday dessert. I saw the birthday dessert being brought to other tables but not mine. We also asked him to pack our leftovers of 2 sushi rolls and edamame. When it was brought to us it was missing the edamame and the extra sauces we ordered. The waiter said the cleaning crew threw it away. The waiter was ver dismissive and condescending. Although I love the food and vibes, I expect better service. I won’t be going back to this location.

    Very Vibey restaurant. Nice ambiance. Went to celebrate my birthday. My only dislike is, they don't give yiu a complimentary dessert for your birthday. I personally hate that. Spending $325, it would've been nice. That was a turn off for me.

    Dined here for company dinner. It was frustrating to have to wait to be seated until our entire party arrived (10 people never arrive all at the same time). Once everyone arrived, we still had to wait a few more minutes for our table to be set up (it wasn't even busy at this time and there were so many open tables). By the time we got seated, my group was very hungry and we wanted to order apps right away but were told we had to order all at once which wasn't ideal. Wouldn't recommend for larger parties who aren't setting up a pre-fixe menu.

    We love Tao. One of our favorite restaurants, we don’t get tired of. Food is consistently good and service is great. Prices are on the higher side. Dinner and drinks for 4 will cost you an easy $1,000.

    Beautiful restaurant, the music was way too loud. We were a table of 5 and no one could hear the other. We asked if the music could be turned down but everything stayed the same. Definitely not the place to go if you're on a date or actually trying to communicate with someone.
