   I dined at Tao twice last week. First time was a Saturday and service was top notch. Food amazing. Second time was on Thursday and the service was really terrible. We had an 815 and checked in on time. We were ask to wait till we got a text and were not sat for at least another 30 minutes. Which, not a huge deal but the hostess was snarky and just rude. Finally sat down, waiter was abrupt and arrogant. He took drink orders and then came back shortly to take our food order. He rushed us through ordering and was rude to us when we asked him to substitute something for an allergy. Then food stated arriving and we were almost done with starters when drinks finally arrived. When I asked the waiter to describe the special (yes I had to ask) he basically said it’s a fried snapper and that’s it. This all just went on and on and until he brought us the check and suddenly it was all “I hope you all enjoyed, it was my pleasure to serve you, blah, blah, blah.” Anyway the food was still amazing but was a pretty crappy experience overall.

   Everything was wonderful! Delicious sushi, avocado tempura, broccoli with black bean sauce, sausage/shrimp fried rice… and beautiful cocktails. The only complaint is that it was a bit too loud and perhaps a wee bit too dark for ultimate comfort.

   Was quite loud in one section but asked to be moved to quieter spot and was accommodated with no issues! Server was wonderful. Food was amazing.

   We came here to celebrate a birthday and we’re quite pleased. The customer service was so friendly and spot on- the food absolutely incredible, and the birthday treat at the end was over the top! Omg! We will def be back!

    Great experience from start to finish. Food was all very tasty, fresh and appealing. The ambience with the DJ was perfect for a late night dinner after a show in Vegas!
