Taste of Belgium is a restaurant group of Belgian-inspired eateries. We take traditional Belgian recipes and we twist them; we take American classics and we Belgianize them. In our group the breakfast burger and meatballs were great hits. We enjoy the the chipotle mayo with the fries. We each had one of the waffle dessert. The strawberry and cream plus the s’more were wonderful. Watching the blow torch to prep the marshmallow for the s’more was cool.

Always a very good experience. My only issue here was the inconsistency with the bar staff. My first beer came in a small snifter even though the alcohol contest was 6.5%. The 2nd serving came in a pint glass. Gent shirt changed on my order.

The meal was ok, not great. The server is not very attentive. The hostess did not understand or care that we did not want to seated at the table near the entrance where all employees and customers would pass. The restaurant was not busy. There may have been six tables with customers.

our server was very nice and friendly but service was problematic: ordered wine and waters - got the wine, had to ask again for water...mushroom crepe arrived, had to ask for individual plates...ordered moules & frites - got the moules, had to ask for the frites...the table next to us checked out and left a lot of uneaten food - took about fifteen minutes before the table was cleared...all that said, we enjoyed the bistro vibe and will probably return in the future

The hostess wasn’t very friendly, they couldn’t find the reservation I made at first. We waited a very long time for a waiter to come to our table. The waiter was very friendly and the food was good.

Our service was amazing, the food & drinks were delicious. I wouldn’t sit outside if you’d like to enjoy the full dining experience. It’s a loud & busy area, but it was so delicious that if it was cramped inside I’d still stick around for an outdoor table! A big shoutout to Arthur for the amazing service, his advice, intelligent conversation & overall care for customer satisfaction was what really made this a wonderful time.

TOB is always great! I am disappointed their fries have changed though. Just a month ago they were fresh cut and now they seem like the breaded kind that comes out of a bag. I am hoping this is just a temporary or seasonal change!

We went 2 years ago while visiting Cincinnati and the menu was much more enjoyable. Last time, we ordered items from the Mains section and the meal felt more balanced. This time, we ordered Brunch items and the meal was very French Fry-heavy. Like the rest of the meal - waffle included - was an afterthought to the heaping pile of fries. Not as enjoyable. The waffle breakfast sandwich was really dry, it needed a sauce or even just syrup! Something! The goetta hash would have been dry too if I hadn’t added the cheese sauce. It was just ok. Probably won’t go back next time we’re in Cincinnati. Time to try something new.

This was my first and last time eating here. The restaurant itself is nice. The food was delicious. The waiter was awesome. It was what I expected, with the exception of the mimosas and the person who greeted us. The mimosas were just gross. The restaurant was pretty empty..had plenty of available seating. He attempted to sit us in the “bar room”. It is a partially enclosed, dark room with a TV, with two large tables, in the back of the restaurant. We were a party of two and it was during breakfast hours. It seems the room would be reserved for a large party, for an event, during lunch hours.Nothing about this seating made sense for us. And because we were the only African Americans in the restaurant, I took great offense to this, and will never eat at this establishment again.
