   Was a Friday night, super busy, got seated 45 min despite having a reservation. An hour later we were served barley 4-5 portions. Finally was asked if we needed anything else. My response I barely had anything served. They served few slices so they can get us out. For value for the money I could’ve gotten way better meal/steak for far less. Not going back again

   First time at Texas de Brazil and we had a great time! Food was amazing, service was also great. Our server, Maribel, was so nice and attentive. Will definitely be coming back and requesting to be in her section.

    It’s way over priced for what you’re paying for the top quality takes a good 1/2 hour to come out after they make a pass. My daughter was waiting for at least an hour to get seconds on ribs. I had a code for $20 dollars off my check but they didn’t let me use it because I was paying with gift cards. What kind of BS is that?

    Overall not a good experience. They took forever to bring the drinks and anything else we needed. The people with the meat didn’t come as often as expected so we had to wait longer then expected. Overpriced while service was much below what was expected. Will not be coming back to this restaurant.

    Decent salad bar selection. The food is tasty. Meats are a little salty and the men walking around with the meat take a while to get to you. But a good experience. You will get very very full. Didn’t try the dessert.

    It was nice until we got seated outside we requested to wait for a table inside and we weren’t able to wait do to other reservations. We also had a reservation so i didn’t understand! There where flys and nits all over our food and the meat service never came around. After we notified the server we had like eight people try to squeeze into the little space and started giving all the yummy food. It was overwhelming because now you have all this food in your plate and you have to hurry up an eat it before it gets cold. I kinda felt forgotten at points. It was five of us and for the price we paid i don't think it was worth it. Food was delicious no complaint.

    Very great service from our waitress! The meats were coming out fast as well. Everything was great tasting as well as lots of options in the salad bar. We had the chocolate cake for dessert and it was amazing!

    It was my first time there and it was really good. The meats were excellent and the salad bar was really good with different variety to top it. The best experience was our waiter. He was friendly and made sure to walk about to see if the guest were doing well and brought us whatever we needed.

    This was our first time coming here. The service was not what I expected, same kinds of meat going around and those sausages they have lots, so not too many choices! I expected better. The servers would miss coming to our table, there was a party of 10 and the servers were busy with them, we had to ask for our meats, and our water to our servers.     Great dining experience! The food and ambiance of the restaurant is excellent. It is not cheap, however for special occasions it’s worth every penny. Will return on my next celebration.

    Salad bar was great taste, great selection, But. The meat was good, But Service was great. But, why so much damn salt on everything I mean Everything was salty salty salty. Unnecessary, in addition to not that healthy. Even the baba ganoush seemed super salty. The best place to escape the salt were some places in the salad bar, selectively, as some foods of course are salty by design, like olives. So we had to avoid those additional salt injections. My wife and I were drinking water copiously after this meal, our bodies demanded it The meats were tasty but the only two that weren't drastically overcooked were the garlic beef and the flank. Everything else was Well too Very Well Done. So because of this we ate far less than we would like to, just to avoid more and more salt. Are you sensing a theme here? So we definitely didn't get our $140 worth.

    It was my fiancés graduation dinner and our experience was wonderful. Our server Brittney was polite, knowledgeable and prompt. The food was delicious, quick and plentiful. What really stood out for me was the manager. I wish I would’ve got his name. He came over to our table and asked us how our experience was and was there a specific meat we’d like more of. His attention to us was warm and welcoming. He definitely went above and beyond and we’ll recommend this restaurant to the rest of our family friends.

    Overall a good experience. Will definitely give it another try at another time. We've never been disappointed yet with the times we've eaten at a Texas de brazil. This is the first time we tried the Rancho Cucamonga location though.

    Waitress was great but the meat servers didn't come into our dining room often. Salad bar was disappointing and we felt the selection of meats was limited. Not sure it was because we went for lunch but the price per person was the same as dinner prices.

    Let me start with the fact that the food here is absolutely amazing. Everything had so much flavor and was just sooooo good. However, this was our first trip here and I was so disappointed. We were really looking forward to enjoying our anniversary dinner here and although the food was amazing, the service was awful. We thought our waiter Miguel was going to be great. When we got there he explained how everything worked and what to expect. We were stoked. We flipped our little cards to green and waited for the meats to start coming around. The first issue we experienced was getting skipped over by so many servers walking around with the meats. They would come to the tables around us and skip right over our table almost every time until I started flagging them down. Then our waiter was almost nowhere to be found. When we did see him, he was off socializing with other waiters or would also only check on the surrounding tables. For our anniversary dinner this was a huge disappointment and we probably won’t be back for any major celebrations. Very disappointed in the service hence the low rating score.
